This appears to be the only location to serve the hospital area left on the hospital campus. There used to be 2 locations on the hospital campus but it looks like they closed both of them and opened up a larger office, but things are only worse now. There appear to be only 2 phlebotomists working to serve 25-30 people waiting in the lobby. People are storming out of the lobby complaining about waiting over 90 minutes and just leaving. There is a severe problem here. Update even now signing up for appointments still waiting for 45 minutes. How can the management of this place do any worse. Cant manage walk-ins, cant manage appointments, someone need to lose their job. I see your reply to my review but it just looks as if youre just doing damage control. Chances are you are just the social media employee charged with managing your web presence and dont have any authority to make any changes. If you really cared you would give your phone number or your email address to solve the ongoing problems head on.

I brought my three year old daughter here yesterday. We were a walk in since the only available appointments for my day off were too late for us to go. I asked before signing in what our average wait would be and was told about an hour. So we waited. And waited! My daughters orders were emailed so after the first hour I asked if they were able to find her orders, thinking thats what was taking so long. I was told they hadnt even looked yet and would let me know when they got to her. They let us sit for an hour and had no idea if her orders were even there. We finally got called after exactly 2 hours. Signed in at 9:05 and went in at 11:05. The tech was GREAT with her. Today I got a call saying they didnt take enough blood and I need to bring her BACK IN! A small child? Seriously! These are extremely important labs, not routine. Time is crucial. I am so sad for my baby to have to go get poked again because of this error. I will NEVER use this location again. So disappointed.

Its ridiculous how lost you get around here. Driving and walking around for an hour and a half to find Sonora Quest. I asked three different staff and finally one staff was kind enough to suggest security take me to the building. And this very sweet security man took me in his truck. If you are lost Ask any information counter to call security and take you where you need to go. The address is actually hidden beneath a rectangular fixture light on the building. Look carefully because the numbers are not large enough to see. The building is actually on the South East corner by Dobson rd. As soon as you enter the Garage, go into the double doors, go up the elevator. Do not take the Elevators that are outside by the garage. Once you get to the second floor look for suite 202. Good luck. Fasting doesnt help either. Oh and make an appointment prior too coming.

This place is a mess. The staff up at the front desk look lost every second. I came at 1145am and waited almost 40mins. Since I was a walk in, people with an appointment get priority. I decided to make an appointment and come back. I came back at 3pm with an appointment , I ended up waiting 25mins to be called back. Unbelievable place. People here can not do their job. Maybe they need a new system or get new stuff. Just horrible all around

I personally find the receptionists rude pretty much every time I go, and they never look busy which is weird because you cannot get one on the phone. Not because the phone is busy, there is no option. The real staff drawing samples seem disappointed in them. Make an appointment, otherwise have an average hour of a wait.

Holy cow. THE ABSOLUTE WORST place. How the people behind the counter go home at night with a clear conscious is beyond me. The way they talk down to and disgrace patients literally had me fuming. Even my Dr office said, "oh yeah, that lab is terrible". Go anywhere besides here.

I will only come here for Syed. Ive been here a few times so it was easy for me to find (plus on Google Maps it shows exactly where the office is). I had an appointment and it was still 15 minutes behind, which Ive come to expect from medical offices.

Margaret was your saving grace. MAKE APPT!!! Unless you want to wait longer and be passed up by those that have appt. I get that but maybe walk ins can be given some courtesy or warning as to the wait, before waiting for long periods time.

Trying to make appt. With donors quest and website just gives me a run around and wont take me to any means to do so when I click on scheduling. Just takes me back to web page home. Totally useless and difficultly frustrating!
