Wow if these people arent the rudest medical office I have ever been to then I would be shocked!! I can in at 330 which is 30 mins before they closed and the girl at the front desk tried to use every excuse and reason not to take my blood first she said I need to fast for 10 hours and I told her it has been nine and a half hours since I had something to eat which was only a donut which I had called and ask my dr who ordered the blood work if it would be ok and he told me yes no problem. Then she my dr wouldnt get my results for 5 days and it was pointless since I see him tomorrow which again I asked him and he said to get it done today he can look online b4 the 3 days it takes to get it back on paper. I asked her if there was a reason why she calf giving me excuses and if it was that she just didnt want to draw my blood that late in the day she then proceeded to tell me I was very rude for making that comment to her and she has never been talk to you like that and her life I told her Im sorry that nobody has ever confronted you but this is how you are coming off to me when i asked her for her name she told me thats none of my bussiness my suggestion is to go to another doctors office even if you have to wait

I just came in on 11/2/15 and got my results back on 11/4/15. Let me start off with the fact that I read all the reviews and was really hesitant about coming in, but seeing as how this was the closest office to me I decided to "risk it". I am EXTREMELY afraid of needles to the point that I begin to shake pretty bad, but to my incredible surprise the process was by FAR the BEST Ive ever had EVER! Once I was in the room my phlebotomist noticed this and immediately suggested that I go to one of the beds and instead to it there. Even after saying no, she insisted and said it would be better. So I went ahead and did it. Once there she started talking and was able to take a lot care not to have me "feel" the needle. After about 2 minutes the whole thing was done and I was none the wiser I BARELY felt the needle and would come back here anytime I need blood work done. I get that most of the complaints had to do with the front office, but guess what you WAIT regardless of where you go. At the end of the day wouldnt you rather deal with those that know how to do their job best or those that just want you in and out?

I used to go to Sonora Quest and loved their appointment system. I was in and out every time for years. Now due to insurance change I have to go to Labcorp. Every time I go despite whether I have an appointment I have waited 25-45 minutes. I also am either in pain or have major anxiety so appointments are great if I can be in and out. Otherwise it is shear misery. Today I waited 25 minutes to only be told they didnt have the "take home" lab work I needed. They called around and told me that on location had it which was 20 miles away. She highlighted the location. I went there and the gal said they didnt have it an no one called them. She called another location, which is the location the 1st gal actually called. She highlighted the wrong location. I am so stressed out every time I go here. I will drive farther in hopes for a better lab.

Should have went with the horrible reviews and stayed clear...... The ONE girl behind the desk calls people one at a time with a 5 minute break between, and laughing and fooling around with other employees.. WHERES MANAGEMENT??? .... This place needs more people working here!!! RIDICULOUS.... An hour or more wait time is UNPROFESSIONAL, just for blood!!!! And after sitting there 45 minutes, after Im called to check in paperwork, Im told they dont take it..... WHY NOT CHECK PEOPLE AS THEY COME IN SO YOU DONT WASTE THEIR TIME!!!!!!!!??????

Girls up front are VERY RUDE!, and unprofessional. It was my first time and I had a question which I couldnt even ask as I was interrupted and they made me feel like I was a bother since I was interrupting their personal non work related conversation, Ive been here 45 mins and all Theyve done is sit around socializing with each other rather than actually working no wonder the wait is so unreasonably long, Very disappointed in the service that I received. If I could give no stars thats what I would do. Socialize on your lunch break.

Bad! Bad! Bad service! If you go here make sure its when they open because service is better and faster. Came in the afternoon and the dark curly hair lady and the short light brown haired lady took forever to call anyone to check in. One if them was talking on her phone taking a personal call and the other was just walking around! when I asked what was the wait I was just given the meanest look and told to wait until I was called! This isnt service! Wait nearly an hour just to have my blood drawn for one lab test!

If I could give no stars I would, the front office women are HIGHLY UNPLEASANT. Im a fairly nice person, so it takes a lot to drive me to write a review at all, let alone an unpleasant one. Do yourself a favor and try to find a different location. If anyone knows of a better location where the staff has basic manners and communication skills please feel free to post because I actually walked out of this location... It wasnt about the wait time or anything the people were just horrid.

I have deep seated veins and there does not appear to be more than one or two technicians who have the level of skill to draw my blood. I have been unfortunatelyh not not see the ones who can more thn once. The last time I attended I was stuck 6 times and ended up going to another facility to have my labs done. The time before I was stuck 5 times the time before that 4 times. unfortunately this is the lab that my insurance is contracted with and I am at a loos as to what to do

Fast Service, Polite Staff, There was even a gentlemen ahead of us that wearing flip flops & jammed his big toe on the concrete in the parking lot before he came in. Wow! what a bloody sight, But I was watching & paying attention to how this was gonna be handled. I was impressed the young lady behind the counter didnt miss a beat. Immediately she came into the waiting area& took care of the situation with all sanitary precautions met with no problem.

I went to lab corp. It took so long i fell asleep in the front waiting room next to reception. Two and a half hours later when I woke up I asked WTF is up. They said they called my name and no one responded. Of course I said I was sitting right in front of you. They got me in and of the 11 blood tests they did, they forgot to do the most important thing single blood test I need. Im not kidding or exaggerating, so needless to say, I had to go back.
