Worst customer experience you could ask for. My wife had to go here for a pre-employment drug screen. The staff had no urgency and took labs from approximately 3 customers per hour. They were both unfriendly and lazy. She spent her entire afternoon in this small waiting room with only 20 individuals ahead of her. SHAME ON ANY EMPLOYER WHO CHOOSES TO UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR TESTING. What an awful way to start ones employment. The world will be a better place when this business looses all customers to a more competent company and no longer exists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not terrible if you know what youre getting into. Yes, be prepared to wait! Dont drink a gallon of water before you get there. There is a water cooler in the waiting area, so you can drink while youre waiting. I was a little shocked to walk in and find a room full of people, but the staff was pleasant and managed our expectations by telling us the wait would be about an hour. Once I was called up, the process was very quick and easy. This office is just too small to handle the amount of business they receive, though this is not the staffs fault.

The receptionist was extremely rude like me coming to have a drug test was extremely inconvenient for her, like thats not her job. I walk in to a crowded waiting room and people lined up outside. Being told it was an hour wait is just ridiculous. If I had a choice I wouldve left but I had to wait so long I had no chance of making it to another hour. Tried to call and make an appointment and no answer. Definitely calling customer service.

Slow service. Corporate needs to staff more Reps on site. I came in mid day with people that have been sitting for hours. Lunch hour is not schedule in an organized manor with the staff. There is not that many people to be allowing one patient to sit for more than an hour. A professional location should be able to manage a rush or no rush. Makes no sense. Quantity with Quality. Seems the Quanity is destroying the quality.

One person running the front office AND doing the urine tests. Nothing against him. He was very friendly, professional, and went as fast as he could, Im sure. But it took almost three hours from signing in to finally peeing. I was about to pee my pants, no exaggeration. But once youre signed in and he has your ID theres no leaving. Considering many employers send people there, youd think theyd hire more people.

I would leave a bad review if labcorp actually gave a dam. Reading these reviews are all true. Very slow and unprofessional. Been here 1.5 hours already slow, slow, slow. Maybe if you told your employers that you are not interested in working for them if they people have to come here to take drug screen. Hit them in their pockets. Eventually some rich guy will notice and then you will get change.

Overall a good experience, it took 30 minutes to complete. While I was there a person who made an appointment came in and was taken on time. It is too bad they dont have longer hours. It was hard to get off work to be tested for what will be a new job for me. That is a complaint to my new employer so they might consider changing vendors.

I went there once before for blood work but they changed now they only do drug tests for employment no blood draws doesnt tell you on there website wasted a trip had to go all the way to baseline by the time I got there they were at lunch had to wait till 1pm for tests that should not have taken more then ten minutes very bad management

This little troll of a woman locked me and three others out, one being a pregnant woman, because we showed up at 12:40... There were open chairs in the waiting room. When someone left, we went in and she yelled at us to get out. Come on. This is the dumbest thing ever. It takes 30 seconds to pee in a cup. Just get on with it.

Pray to god you dont have to go to this hell-hole of a location. If you should have to go to this location, your 2nd wish should be that you dont get the short old C***! Horrible HORRRRRIBLE location and service. This is a ghetto pee-mill for pre-employement and you have to cram in the office like sardines.

I have been waiting 2 hours for my drug test. One employee with an over crowded room full of people waiting. I am about to pee my pants but no available bathrooms until I take my test. Even if I took drugs they would be out of my system by the time I got to the front of the line.

Closes at 330. Completely understaffed over 30 people in the lobby and 1 nurse. Wtf. Wasted my afternoon driving 20 miles here for a 4pm appointment to find they close at 330. Unprofessional ghetto building. Go somewhere else... maybe a back alley?

They advertise theyre open till 5 p.m. I get here at 4:07 p.m. and their offices they close at 3:30 p.m. . Ridiculous none of these LabCorp stay open very long I work all day how my supposed to get blood drawn when everything closes after Im off

I went on a Thursday at 1:00 and only had to wait for about 10 minutes. The staff were very kind and professional towards all the people there. Very quick and painless process overall.

Dont come around the lunch hour because they either lock you in with the lights off or they just let you stand in the hallway and ignore your presence. Worst service Ive ever seen.
