When I enter the office, Im greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist. After checking in, I am taken to the laboratory side for drawing blood. Most offices have you go across town to an outside lab and the results are viewed days later. But Dr. Ogden has a lab right in his office and has my results in his hand as he walks into the exam room. He is smiling as he greets me. For the next 30-45 minutes (Dr. Ogden will spend with his patients whatever time they need) he focuses his attention on me, takes my questions and discusses with me my medical conditions. He is an excellent teacher and he uses a white board to diagram how the body should work and teaches me about what happens when things dont work as they should. Dr. Ogden is the quintessential doctors doctor with a brilliant mind, a broad understanding and capable application of modern medicine along with the gift of working with people. Some might be piqued by what they feel is a prolonged wait time, but I have rarely waited longer than 1 hour and I believe the return-on-investment here is more than worth it. I give Dr. Ogden and his staff my highest recommendation!

Met with the PA about some breathing problems. She walked in the room with her nose in my chart saying "so you have asthma, anyone ever told you that before?" Without introducing herself or bothering to ask me any questions (btw I dont have asthma). Gave me a prescription, but didnt bother to call it into my pharmacy. After following up with OIM several times (and never getting a call back from them) the pharmacy finally tracked them down. A month later, my symptoms have subsided, and they finally get my prescription over. I figure "wouldnt hurt to get the medicine anyway in case it comes back". Go to fill it, and the stupid thing costs over $300. Um...no thanks. I go back for my appointment this morning (its been scheduled for over a month) and theyve bumped me, without giving me notice. They try to reschedule, I say no thanks and take my business elsewhere. You should consider doing the same.

I started coming to this doctor a few years ago. Some visits are worse than others, but by far the worst thing is the wait time. A half hour at least once you get into a patient room. Once I was waiting in a room for almost an hour and a half and never actually got to see the doctor, just the PA. In fact, Im sitting in the room right now while writing this review. I need to find a new doctor. Edit: It has now been 2 hours since I arrived at the office and I am still waiting in the little room just to see the PA. I am not happy. This will be the last time I come here. Edit: 2 hour and 15 minute mark they brought in drinks and snacks and said the PA would be in soon. Im going to eat all of them. Edit: 2 hour and 30 minutes the PA finally came and examined me and then left again. By the time I got out of there it was a few minutes shy of 3 hours. Seems a bit unacceptable to me.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ogden for 3.5 years. He is a fantastic doctor and very knowledgable. He talks through my labs with me, explains each detail, and answers all my questions thoroughly. Ive never had a question he couldnt answer in detail. Also, the office runs labs internally, so I never have to go to another office to get labs done or wait a week for results that the doctor doesnt have time to go through with me. That being said, I have been frustrated with wait times. I learned to just bring a book and plan on waiting. If you want a good doctor who takes time with you and is very thorough, come here. If you dont have time for a good doctor, there are plenty of other places to go.

Outrageous the treatment I received from the girls on the front desk Abuse and discrimination and racism on the part of these white people I simply had a question and for a simple question I had to make an appointment and pay 200.00 I was insulted with racial terms some of these girls because they believe superior white , but I will sue and arrive until the last consequences.Dr Ogden is very nice but the people work on that place Idiots and racist because i am Latina with Black Hair.

Waited for SIX and a half hour to see Dr Ogden when I came after Dr Merrill retired and he came and said I was "Double Dipping" for Meds when I had a tooth pulled. Dr Merrill said it was fine to fill the script because he couldnt treat the "tooth" that was the dentists job but when Dr Merrill retired Dr Ogden didnt give a RatsA$$ what was discussed before just what he wanted not what the patient needed. Wake up so called Doctor ! Just wake up

Dr. Ogden gives you the best medical advice available. He will set up a plan and review your plan at every appointment. Plan on a long appointment; he likes to show , demonstrate and teach you items based on his extensive medical knowledge that will extend your life. I have a driver personality and his is very much analytical so sometimes I would rather he not be so tactful and get to the point. However I still give him a 5 star review.

I also agree with the wait time! I once waited an hour and half to be seen just for a prescription refill. Once I got into the room I waited another thirty minutes. When I told him why I was there he said why didnt you tell someone. I had of course told the receptionist when I set the appointment. He also tells really long, weird stories that are irrelevant. I would never go back to him again.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ogden. For several years. Under his care he helped me drop 85 lbs. and Im feeling better than I have in years. He also was able to adjust my meds to the proper dose and cut several away. His staff is AWESOME!!!!! Very kind and caring. I pray Dr. O. never retires at least until Im gone. THANK YOU DR. OGDEN AND STAFF❤️

Dr. Odgen is great if you are retired and have no one to talk to. I have been waiting an hour now and I am still waiting. He regards no ones time and is very annoying. I have been a patient here for 4 years but only because the PA was great and on time he is now gone. Therefore, if you have any regard for your own time dont waste it here.

You will not find any other doctor who is as thorough and who will spend so much time and effort on every single patient! Plus the fact that you have everything in one place. Labs and x-ray results are in the doctors hands the same day before the doctor even walks through the door. If you want quality this is the place to go!

Dr. Ogden is a brilliant physician (literally brilliant) who is thorough and willing to give you all the appointment time necessary to really be helpful. I sometimes have to wait a while before getting in, but I know its because Dr. Ogden is willing to do the same for each and every patient. I highly recommend him.
