Do not go here. They are not clean. I went in today for a blood draw. Sat down she touched my left AC then put gloves on, gathered supplies, put the tourniquet on then touched again with her gloves on (after touching everywhere else), grabbed the needle and as I was saying, "wait you didnt clean it" She stuck me mid sentence. She then said with an eye roll "yes I did." I told her, "No you did not" Then she ignored me, drew the two tubes placed gauze and loose red coban and turned her back on me. I bled on the way home unknowingly and had to clean it when I got home. I have a poor immune system, on immunosuppressive meds and wear a mask in public for my own safety. Hoping I do not get an infection due to unsanitary conditions and handling in this location. Also tried calling corporate and when I finally talked to a person they transferred me to a voicemail. I will never use Labcorp again if I can help it.

Im not fond of needles to begin with and I had gone to the Tempe location before and had a very positive experience there. But I wanted something closer to me, so I went to this location. The employees are super friendly - so I disagree with all the other reviews. My biggest problem was with the lady that drew my blood. I dont have good veins (theyre just small), and so the first time she missed, then continued pulling the needle in and out, in circles, etc. saying "it (my vein) moved!" In a seemingly puzzled tone - as if it never happens. Finally she gives up and gets it on my other arm. However, I went home and my arms were bruised for the next few days! Oh! Not to mention she insulted me. Never going back. Id rather drive to the Tempe location for better service.

The restroom is feets way from the waiting room and you can smell urine from where you are sitting, disgusting! They were very slow and took forever to call people in. The receptionist makes the call. She calls a name and instructs which room to go to. Like really?! Are they that understaffed?! I will stick to Sonora Quest as they are always professional and fast! First come, first served!

Understaffed. Its a two person operation. The unfriendly receptionist mentioned in many other reviews and the nurse who draws blood. The receptionist takes about 10 minutes to enter insurance info and another 5 answering customer questions. Scheduled appointment intervals are 15 minutes. So if youre a walk-in you keep getting pushed back by the next scheduled appointment. Its just not worth it.

Pretty much loathe these places. This one gets top billing. I went to drop off a specimen and was told that I had five patients waiting before me. I told her I needed to drop this off with a copy of my insurance card which I copied already. She said, “I would still have to sign in and wait for the patients ahead of me. All this for poop? That place doesn’t even amount to my specimen!

I go to this location and the staff has always been friendly. Yes, they are busy and sometimes there is a wait but this is why I make an appointment online. Someone commented earlier about staff calling a patient up front and sending them directly into a room while they were still waiting. This person probably had an appointment.

This is the WORST Lab Corp I have ever been too. They are so rude and condescending. They lack professionalism and knowledge. If you can avoid this lab at all costs.....I stopped off at this one thinking it would be quick and professional. Again this facility is the worst....

Today for my second visit to this location the woman that attended me in particular was very rough and left my arm bruised and soar. I have had my blood drawn a few times before and that has never happened to me. I would not recommend anyone to try this location.

Awful. Rude. Waited over an hour before we were even acknowledged... but they had time to yell at us for our toddler touching a door that was making a dinging noise in the back. Well, he wouldnt be bothering you if youd help us and get us on our way.

This location has no idea how to answer insurance questions easily. They are rude and ready to turn people away for answering simple questions that they feel they answered correctly and didnt. Didnt even swab with alcohol pad before pulling blood.

This is a really good place to go. Just remember we all have bad daýs. Just treat them like you would want to be treated. Thats what i do. And ive never had a bad experience!!!
