When we found an abandoned kitten out in the desert near Tesmer Road we took her home, though we had no plans to have a pet. Our neighbor recommended Parkway Animal Clinic as he is going there with all his pets. So we gave a try, and we did not regret it. The staff there are very friendly and helpful - to us human as well as to the pets. As we did not have a lot of knowledge about having a cat, they took their time to give us all the information we needed with pros and cons. So, we decided to keep our Kitten. Meanwhile she is about 6 months and we went there for deworming, rabies, microchip and whatever was necessary to check on her. And we only can confirm our first impression. All other visits were the same. They have a high standard of knowledge and anytime Im there they are courteous, helpful and friendly. We will continue to bring our cat to the Parkway Animal Clinic and we can recommend the place to anyone else with pets. Amendment: Meanwhile our Kitten has grown to a Cat. She is now a year and six month. We still use Parkway Animal Clinic for her. They maintain the same high quality and standards on professionalism, courtesy or hygiene as on the very first day we entered the Clinic with our Kitten that was at that time only about four to five weeks old. They always greet us by name and know the name and background of our cat. That means to me, that they familiarise themself with the information they keep before the appointment and know their "clients". I saw negative comments about Dr. White I absolutely can not confirm! He always takes whatever time is necessary to check and treat our cat. He is very patient, and as he knows English is not my main language, he answers and explains all my questions so that I understand them. Therefore, I repeat that we can highly recommend Parkway Animal Clinic to all Pet owners!

Dr Tim White and his staff are great with both the pets and their lucky owners! White (no pun intended) glove clean offices. Timely for starting and finishing scheduled appointments. The staff has never missed calling in the days after surgeries to check up on the healing of our dogs. Highly recommend to anyone who desires high quality care for their pets. ** Update - We had a stray dog show up last Thursday. I took it to Parkway on Saturday (following a phone call stating I had no appointment - they said come on in and well fit the dog in). Thanks for the new doc taking a look at the dog. Great advice. I want to personally thank Kelsey for her advice and information and ..more importantly..her outright care for the stray and his future. She said whatever happened with finding the owner, please call back and bring the stray back to Parkway to be cared for. Kelsey called me on the next Monday saying she had a possible owner on the other line. It all worked out. Original owners got their dog back. My son and I miss the dog (we would have kept it and loved it). More importantly, I truly appreciate the effort that Parkway Animal Clinic put in (and was willing to continue) to care for the present and future of this dog. Kudos!!

They were very nice, super clean place and comfortable environment. Did not seem like a vet clinic.... more like a human physicians office. The doctor was very professional and explained what he thought was most likely the issue with out little Frenchie, along with a plan for treatments which he thought was necessary and some other possible tests and/or treatments if we chose to or might be necessary if the initial treatment did not solve her problem. Then one of the staff discussed prices for everything so we had all the costs and treatment plans so we could make an informed decision on treatment of out pet. They have call several times to check on her progress and that is much appreciated as well. I highly recommend them although they may not be the least expensive, however they are honest and up front with the costs. We were visiting family and are not from Peoria area. We would most likely chose to take our pets there for all of our vet needs if we lived there. Our vet here in Colorado (Denver/Aurora area) is Doug Davies with Broadview Animal Clinic (✴✴✴✴✴).

As an owner of a cocker that has seizures, we were faced with a huge financial decision to keep our pup healthy and reasonably medicated. His prior medical provider, Banfield, suggested that we seek out a Specialist to manage his care, but since the nearest specialist was a distance away and the impending expense, we decided to "try" Dr. White and his team to see if they could help. Within our first visit, Dr. White had gathered all necessary tests and were directly on a treatment plan for our baby. With retirement approaching, we feared that the cost would drastically hit our bottom line, however, we found that Dr. Whites services were reasonably priced and we could obtain quality care! Dr. White was able to pinpoint the right dosage of medication to keep Lambeau seizure free... all ear infections were resolved quickly and our feared expenses were put to rest. I can not thank Dr. White and his team of caring providers enough for the great clinical service and love that you have extended to our family! Thank you for helping us help Lambeau!

Our cat Feather, who is 21 years old, has recently experienced intestinal problems and we needed to find a Vet, since were only here since September of last year. A neighbor recommended Parkway Animal Clinic to us and we called for an appointment. The Clinic told us to bring Feather right in, which we did and were amazed to see how spotless the office is and how professional the staff is. Feather was taken right in to the exam room and the Vets assistant was very sensitive to her age and condition. When Dr. White came in he had all the information we had given about Feathers history and the vitals his staff had taken. He took all the time that was need to examine Feather and diagnose her condition. Tests were run and a course of treatment was discussed and recommended. Feather is responding to the treatment and Dr. White and his staff have been in touch with us more than once. We cant recommend the Clinic more highly for anyone whose pet is in need of the very best care.

We had just moved here from Massachusetts and our sweet 12-year old Westie developed a corneal ulcer that would not heal due to her blood sugar getting out of control (she was diabetic for 6 years). It also led to almost total blindness since she had advanced cataracts. Dr.Tim was very compassionate and professional with trying to get her stabilized enough to have surgery on her eye to help heal the ulcer and remove the cataracts. However, our little girls situation deteriorated to where we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. Dr. Tim and his staff were incredibly understanding, supportive, and never questioned our decision; they helped make the very difficult experience more bearable with their compassion. We would recommend this practice in an instant.

We moved to AZ from another state and honestly, after having an absolutely fantastic vet in CA, I was more concerned in finding someone alike here in AZ than finding new doctors and a dentist for us. I am beyond happy having found Parkway Animal Clinic. Dr. White is amazing and so is his entire staff. They have now taken care of my two dogs for over a year (unfortunately one of them passed away a couple of weeks ago leaving a hole in our hearts) and now taking care of our new family member, Jax. I would not trust my dogs to anyone else. Dr. While and his staff are not just simply great "animal people"; they are great "people people" too and that you cant say of all veterinarians.
