Dr. Buczek (Dr. B) and her staff were/are absolutely amazing with our pet Lily (Weimaraner). Long story short.....Lily was and is our first family pet. Unfortunately when we received her from the dog breeder, she had already contracted the PARVO virus amongst other illnesses/infections such as Giardia and Clostridium. This is typically a death sentence for such a young puppy. Lily became extremely ill and thanks to Dr. B and her staff’s immediate actions, Lily is still with us today. Dr. Bs confidence, optimism, and tremendous follow through made what could have been a traumatic experience, more bearable. She went above and beyond what is expected of a licensed Veterinarian. She made herself available on her own time (outside of business hours) to tend to Lily’s health. She also showed compassion with our financial situation and found ways to make Lily’s treatment more affordable. This is almost unheard of with other veterinarian clinics and is still to this day very much appreciated. Dr. B is known for her personal touch by keeping us posted on Lily’s status via text message. She would shed some light on the situation by sending us pictures of Lily with humorous captions when she was admitted for the day/night. Even after Lilys full recovery, she still drops in time to time by text message to check up on Lily. Dr. B and her staff are also known for finding creative and effective ways to treat animals. Coming from a small town in the Midwest, The Complete Animal Hospital does a great job of making you feel right at home/part of a smaller community and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

There arent many Vets I know of that will volunteer to take your pet when she knows nothing about you or your fur baby. We were on vacation 5,000 miles away when the pet sitter mixed our fur babies and Kurn was injured. He was put into quarantine. But his injuries were not taken care of properly. (They are not equipped for this and I understand) Dr B stepped up and took my fur baby and started taking care of him. She texted me several times a day with pictures of Kurn and his healing. This shows me the LOVE Dr. Buczek has for the Fur baby. It even was over a 3 day weekend and holiday when she was closed. I will NEVER go to another vet with my fur family. Thank you Dr. Buczek and you staff are FANTASTIC.

The Complete Pet Animal Hospital provides A+ service! Dr. Buczek is very knowledgeable and is able to take a complex medical situation, and put it in terms a normal person can understand. She also will spend as much time needed until all your questions are answered. I really feel like she gives us all the information and tells us the positives and negatives of any treatment alternatives, and allows us the owner make the decision. She has the heart of a teacher and that is very important. Also her staff is very friendly and always full of smiles. They take great care of my greyhound Prince Harry!

The complete love this hospital showed with the passing of my beloved Lilly was too much for words. I asked for her to be cremated and I was too distraught to ask for paw prints. When I got her remains back they had her box with her name tag and a mold of her paw prints made. I am over whelmed with emotion even writing this. Thank you thank you thank you.

The staff was helpful until I declined extra charges, then the basically pushed us out the door treating me and my kids like we were worthless. They wouldnt even speak to me about options. Would not recommend unless you want to accept all their extra charges.
