They are just as greedy as all the other Vets on the West side of town. Only care about money. The receptionist sounded like I was being rude by calling and that she shouldnt ever be disturbed by a ringing phone. Then they want to charge double for me to bring both of my small animals in for a check-up. If I did business the way these companies do business I would be broke. I always have to go to Phoenix where they care about your pets more than money and dont charge you twice for bringing in multiple pets at the same time. It saves them more money and time doing both at the same time. The one I go to does charge 1.5 times the normal rate if you bring in 2 large dogs or more than 3 animals at once. But at least they know business economics. This place doesnt. Instead of making 52 dollars they lost 52 dollars because they wanted to charge double. Ill go back to Phx and pay 45 dollars for 2 at the same time. This post wont last since they seem to delete all the TRUE posts which are all negative. All greedy crooks on this side of town. :(

I have taken my animals there for 18 years and have referred several people there. I have a beagle that has seizures and has taken medication, the last medication Dr gave her didnt need blood work, per the Dr and yet the office help wont let me set an appointment unless I commit to blood work. I told them that the Dr said she doesnt need blood work and the office help said with out blood work she cant get her medication. The beagle is 12 years old and I dont have the $300.00 required to get her refill so I will have to take her off her meds. They called the RX place and denied her refill. Is this where you want to take your pet. The Dr says yearly exam and the front office says exam and blood test. Who is running the place? $$$$$$$ They used to be good vets. Linda Brewer

I dont know who these people are who are leaving bad reviews, but this clinic is one of the best Ive ever taken my pets to! They are informed and caring. We recently had to put down our beloved cat due to cancer. Both Dr. Lipovitch (our main dr.) and Dr. Hatch (who we had only just met on the day we lost our girl) were so caring. Taking time with their patients, and the patients parents. I never feel rushed and they always patiently answer all of my (sometimes stupid) questions. I couldnt ask for better care for my pets, and for me. So, if youre looking for knowledgeable, honest and caring veterinary care, look no further! I will be taking my pets here for as long as we line in AZ. Thank you so much for caring about my girls as much as I do!

I really wish I could rate this place zero stars! Not worthy of one! BEWARE! Our poodle was attacked by a neighbors dog and almost died. As a patient of Palm Valley, I called them to let them know we were on our way to the office with a severely injured dog. The woman who answered the phone hesitated and told me to hold on while she asked the doctor if we could be seen. She came back on the line and told me they were closing in an hour and a half and couldnt fit us in! I called North Buckeye Vet and they were waiting for us in the parking lot with towels, etc. Treated me and my children as well as our dog. They were sensitive about the traumatic situation we were in. Shame on Palm Valley for not doing the same, what jerks!

We picked this vet based on previous reviews and they were right on. The clinic is immaculate and the receptionists are extremely friendly and welcoming. We thought our dog might need her teeth cleaned. The vet (Robert T. Hatch) thoroughly looked her over and said she was in excellent condition and her teeth did not need cleaning, and might not for quite a while. He could have easily told us the procedure was necessary, anyway, but he didnt. He was extremely friendly and outgoing and it was very obvious he loved working with the animals. The cost of the visit was also very reasonable. We highly recommend this clinic for anyone in the area.

After moving to the west valley we needed to get established with a new vet for our border collie. We were recommended to Palm Valley Animal Clinic by several neighbors, and new friends from the dog park. Our initial visit was great. The office was clean, welcoming and efficient. The staff was confident and friendly. The vet, Dr Bob Hatch was timely and was great with our dog. For the last year we have had exams, shots, new tags, no problem. But recently, our dog cut his eye deeply. Dr Hatch and his team of experts treated him right away. He was in constant contact with us during treatment and recovery. Dr Hatch & the PVAC team are awesome.

Dr. Hatch, Assistant Betty and his staff were once again wonderful! Pre Op- Surgical Proceedure and Post Op. They were ALL very helpful and provided great care for our current four legged family member, and have been our Vet of choice for the last 16 years. Thank You for taking the extra time, and going the extra step to be so thorough! Including a personal phone call from Dr. Hatch for follow up. We are grateful to have found Palm Valley Animal Clinic after moving here from Chicago. Thanks again!

As snow birds traveling in the AZ area we had the opportunity to experience the care at Palm Valley Animal Clinic when our cat took ill. Dr. Hatch Sr. and team went the extra mile to help our sick cat while we were in Phoenix and as we traveled around the state. I cant say enough about how impressed we were with the facility, staff and Dr. Hatch. And best of all, our cat is doing very well. A great place to take your pet and a special thanks from Tigger!

Friendly staff, competent doctor, and clean facilities. I was also quite surprised by how reasonable their prices were. I moved here from the Gilbert area and exams and vaccines are considerably more over there (in my experience). Im thankful I found them and doubt youll find any reasonable person giving them a negative review.

I love the docs there. Dr Lipovitch is great. But their prices are a little up there. Spay and neuter prices are crazy high as well as euthanasia and processing of deceased animals. Cant use them for things like that anymore, but for the quality of care for more affordable services, hands down very happy with them.

Dr hatch asked us not to come back because I asked him to perform a different test than the one he wanted to do. My dog had already been diagnosed with the test he wanted to do so I asked for a different one. I was the one paying 300 dollars not him. This place was worthless

Incredible service! From the entrance, with a beautiful and maintained facility, to the receptionist, the nurse, and Dr. Hatch! All very friendly! Dr. Hatch patiently took his time and explained everything. Definitely found the perfect clinic for my Simba!
