I worked for a density for about two year in the front office dealing with patients and insurance companies so more or less know what to expect from the front office. I need to take my child (5 years old) for work I read reviews online trying to find the right place. As a concern parent you always want to take your child to the best especially dentistry, scary thought right. My son had a tooth ace so I went on the search online of course, read reviews, and I thought I found it Childerns Dental Land. I got an appointment right away. when my son was called, the back office was great with him talked to him it was going great. He got an awesome toy and even my 1 year did too. Once they were done doing the x-rays and exams I was called back there, now after this normally someone from the front office is the the one to discuss to the patient or parent what the doctor found and what he/she recommends for treatment and your out-of-pocket right ......I didnt get that here they showed me his x-rays and told me that he needed a couple of baby rootcanel done, they didnt tell me me how many or what exactly he needed and most importantly how much my out-of-pocket expens would be $$$$ its important to know that especially if you are not sitting on a whole lot of extra money. so the doctor gave him a prescription and that was it. The front office told us that they were going to submit the claims to the insurance. I looked at the front office confuse I have a PPO plan I dont need authorization but they wanted to submit the claims fine( usually takes about 4weeks). and they send us home not know what exaclly he needed, how much it would cost us ect.... so we waited and waited finally (5 weeks later)I called my insurance to find out what I was looking at as far a $$$$ money and what treatment, so I called the office to try to schedule his treatment. They told me they hadnt received the claims back yet and that they didnt know but that the mail wasnt there yet and they would call me back. As fate would have it some how they got the letter the day I called, they told me how much my out-of-pocket expens would be but still they didnt tell me what exaclly was the treatment so I asked they werent great expelling what he need, the front was clueless, never I have encountered such an unprofessional, clueless Front Office Density even the manager was no help I would never return and never recommend this place to anyone unless the office learns how treat and talk to patients and do they job. its to bad because the back office staff was great.

I am beyond grateful for what they did for my son, nobody does what they did!! My kids have always had insurance and their dental has always been covered but they havent had any for a while so when my son(4years young) got sick from his teeth(he was in unbearable pain for almost three days he hardly slept the pain would wake him up every 30min it broke my heart as a mom I cried so much seeing the love of my life like that) I took long to call the dentist because I was positive they wouldnt help my son unless I payed and sure thing I called them crying but who answered said they couldnt do nothing I could tell she felt bad. A few hours later I get a call from Dr. Sara(THE BEST DENTIST IN THE WORLD) telling me to take my son first thing tomorrow morning and to not worry about the money that they are gonna help my son at NO COST!! I was out of words, who does this I kept thinking. Doctor told me that she wishes I would of called days ago. Next morning it was suppose to be an extraction but No they did ALL THE TREATMENT(couple of extractions, crowns and fillings) my baby needed for NO COST!! I was in tears when they told me and when I saw my son and then Dr. Sara I jumped in her arms crying thanking her so much. She even bought him the antibiotics and mouthwash he needed AND she checked in on him from her own cell phone that night and the next few days. Im telling you theres not many people left in this word who love their job and actually care but you can sure find them at Childrens Dental Land in Phoenix!! THANKS A MILLION STAFF AND DR. SARA(MY HERO)!!

On a summer family vacation in Phoenix, we realized my nephew needed a dentist. And quickly. He was in pain and we couldnt wait a week to get him to a dentist back home. Tying to find a good childrens dentist far from home, we expected a nightmare experience, but Childrens Dental Land made him (and us) feel right at home. They got us in quickly, they took excellent care of a child who typically hates dentists, and they did it all for a surprisingly low price. I wish there was any childrens dental clinic near my that was as caring and careful with children as Childrens Dental Land.

I have been taking care of my grand babies since they were infants. I was referred to Childrens Dental Land through their pediatrician. I have taken them for their check ups for the past 8yrs, everyone is great at this clinic. I always get Saturday appointments so kidz wont miss school so far neither of them have cavities. Another plus with this clinic is that we always see the same dentists. They treat me with woth kindness and respect and kids love them too

Amazing experience. Took my 4 year old here, yesterday. All of the staff were super friendly and I went back at my scheduled appointment time. My son loved the dentist and the dental assistant that cleaned his teeth. My son has two cavities and they were able to get me in 1st thing Friday morning to get them fixed. I had my newborn there with me and they even offered to help carry the carseat to the car. I highly recommend this place.

Love, love, love! I love bringing my kids here. The experenice is so wonderful and super helpful. The stuff is the best! They all do their job very well. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a good dental place for their kids. The dentist lady is the best, she definitely knows what shes doing, shes also so very kind and gentle with the kids!

This is by far one of the best experiences for childrens dentistry. Every single person here was always smiling, pleasant and so eager to be of assistance to facilitate a wonderful comfortable experience for my 8 year old daughter. She loved it and Shelby was awesome.

Nervous about letting my daughter go to the back by herself but they explained the reason why they dont allow anyone go back and it eased me a little over all it was a great expierence my daughters loved the visit and I would recommend them to anyone!

We have 6 children from 6 months to 8 years and they all see the dentists here. We love this dentist, we have been coming here since 2009 when our daughter was 6 months old. Our childrens teeth are beautiful I wouldnt go anywhere else. -Melissa
