When it comes to customer service, state of the art technology, hygiene and community involvement Thomas Dental and Dr Visser got it covered. As you walk in you are received with a smile, everyone is always courteous and kind and understand that a visit to the dentist is not pleasant to everyone but they make it better with their attentive customer service. The offices updated look is modern and fresh. All the equipment is state of the art, including digital x-rays. The large windows and doors in the rooms really open up the space, so dont worry if you dislike tight rooms, theyre all spacious, including the bathroom. A complimentary TV is in the waiting and also coffee, yes, you read it right! Coffee! Refill anyone? During my various visits Dr Visser has taken the time to explain what will be done during my procedure. This makes you educated and well aware of whats to be done, therefore, minimizing the doubt and fear that most have when getting teeth work done. On all my appointments the establishment has always been clean: outside area, waiting room, bathroom, and patient rooms. This makes me feel that hygiene is a priority for the staff and puts me at ease as Im a little bit of a germophobe, but hey, who isnt? Lastly, a neat fact about Thomas Dental is their community involvement. Ive always respected anyone that donates and Dr Visser has earned my respect through his continuous work with the Phoenix Zoo. Its also kind of neat and cool knowing that you dentist has worked on tigers and lions, so Im sure he can handle your little canines. It also gives you bragging rights, which are always handy when arguing with your favorite sibling. To conclude, I can tell you how great this dentist is, but is nothing compared to a first-hand experience. I truly hope your experience is as pleasant as mine. I already got most of my family set up there, and they are hooked not only on the coffee but also the service.

Staff was wonderful! Very accommodating, having a stroller with me doesnt make it easy to get around, but everyone including the dentist was so helpful and understanding. Very knowledgeable in their field. The dentist answered all of my questions, I didnt feel rushed, he took time to explain and show me all of his concerns. Very clean atmosphere, as soon as I walked in, I was impressed. Will definitely be recommending Thomas Dental to friends and family!!

I walked in to this dental place and I immediately felt a good vibe speaking to the ladies in the front receptionist area. (Gracie & Alma). Very warm welcome. Made me a FREE appointment the same day for consult and X-rays and even squeezed a cleaning all at once! Prices are affordable and they also provide a Thomas Dental Plan which makes a HUGE difference in treatment plan. I will be returning for the rest of my treatments needed. Thank you!

Hands down the BEST dentist in the valley! Dr. Visser is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to A LOT! He and his entire staff are kind, caring and treat you with the utmost respect. I have had a cleaning and some pretty major work done there thus far and did not experience any pain or felt uncomfortable during any of it. Dont hesitate to make an appointment you will not regret it. Thank you Dr. Visser and staff!!

Dr. Visser and his staff are very professional and very thorough! They walk through all procedures and answer each question you have in detail. They have environment as providing information as if you are a student and they are very active and hands on. They are very friendly and the wait time is minimal. Thomas Dental is the place for good and honest dental work. Dr. Visser and his staff make it a priority to explain what they are doing and not pressuring me into unnecessary treatments. I had a great experience! The staff was extremely caring and worked to help get me an appointment that accommodated my busy schedule. My Hygienist, Diana, was exceptional! She was thorough but gentle and very personable. Dr. Visser explained everything and listened to all my concerns. The office itself is kept clean and they have really comfortable patient chairs!

I have had a few appointments here & you couldnt pay me to switch dentists at this point. Appointments are on time, prices are reasonable & the work is outstanding! Highly recommend this office!

The facility is clean and well organized, the staff is friendly, and the dentist is very thorough! Exceeds my expectations. Im going to definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

I visited for the first time for a check up and cleaning, which I havent had done for years. The staff was friendly when I first arrived and made me feel at ease. The facility and instruments are top-notch, everything digital including the x-rays. Dr. Visser is very professional and puts any fears you may have aside. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. I had a toothache & they squeezed me in that morning to see what was wrong. I needed a root canal & a crown. Dr. Visser worked on my tooth that day in-between patients & rearranged his schedule to take care of me. Him & his staff are wonderful!!!
