I had a decayed wisdom tooth that was incredibly painful. I suffered for weeks while I tried to find help for uninsured. The first dentist I went to refused to pull and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon who was going to charge me 600$ to pull it. I got the number for Brighter Way the morning after spending 4 hours in the ER to get pain relief. I call them and explained my situation. They told me to come in and they would evaluate. I was there a total of one hour and their stellar team had that tooth removed! Their team was thoughtful, kind, encouraging, compassionate, helpful, and flexible. There were 4 staff in my room helping me through the process because I was so nervous. The dentist, was amazing. I am eternally grateful and dont have enough kind words for ALL the staff at Brighter Way. If there were more people like them, the world would be a better place!

I read these reviews and felt they need to be addressed. First of all, this is a clinic that does AMAZING things for the community. The quality of care is outstanding, the competency of the staff is impeccable, and the wait time to schedule an appointment is due to the fact that this clinic makes it POSSIBLE for lower-income individuals to even get dental care. Please understand that this clinic serves a diverse demographic and does what it can to accommodate all individuals. If you are in need of dental care, please do not hesitate to give them a call.

Ghetto low budget staff. They obviously dont pay well. You will get the usual run around and misinformation.

Dont bother, first available appt offered was in August and supposedly thats for emergencies even.
