I am ashamed to say that I have been a person who did not take very good care of my teeth when I was younger and have needed extensive dental work. I also smoked for many years and that just made the problem worse. I have been been a patient of Harris Dental for a very long time and Dr. Joe Harris has done a lot of work on me and the experience has been fantastic. He has a wonderful personality and has a very caring kind way of making a very unpleasant experience as tolerable as possible. I have had some major reconstruction done and the result has been worth all the cost and discomfort. I have never felt any real "pain" at his office and I have spent hours in the dental chair. Harris dental has the most modern equipment, is up on the most current treatment practices and will always create a wonderful result. I would not consider going anywhere else to get dental services. When it comes to roofers, brain surgeons, and dentists, I always go to the best person I can find and that is why I am a patient of Dr. Joe.

I have been a patient at Harris Dental (no relation) for over 30 years. During that time, I have seen the practice expand - not by adding a lot of personnel - but by being the leader in technology in the dental field. If there is an appropriate, new technology that will help make the everyone in the office more efficient and better, and the patient more comfortable, with a newer, better experience, they have it! The staff - from front desk to the senior Dr. Harris, are ALL friendly, courteous, patient and responsible. I have never been kept waiting - which is a rarity - anywhere. Even if I am not there to see the doctor, usually Dr. Joe or Dr. Brian will stop in "my room" just to say hello and chat for a few moments. Brian is a MASTER at veneers and will not stop until both he and the patient are 100% happy. I truly cannot imagine a better dental situation anywhere. Fortunately, the office is very close to my home, but I would travel from the other side of town to remain a patient here.

I hate going to the dentist. I hate it so much it had been almost 6 years since I had last visited one. Dr. Joe Harris made me feel instantly comfortable. His exam was very thorough and he explained everything each step of the way. His assistant Mayya was great she did all my x-rays and even photographs of my teeth. Despite the diagnosis by my previous dentist that I needed 6 fillings and a root canal Dr Joe told me I only need one new filling and one old one replaced. He did my fillings quickly painlessly and Im very happy with them. I also had my cleaning with the hygienist Stephanie. She was great and did not make me feel bad about not keeping up with my flossing in the past. She focused on what we could do moving forward and explained many things I never understood before. To be fair I only went back to the dentist because my wife works in the front office at Harris Dental. I no longer hate going to the dentist and I actually look forward to my next visit.

In 1994, one of my greatest benefits as a Flight Attendant was being referred to Dr. Joe Harris by other Flight Attendants and Pilots. Over the years, Dr. Harris and his entire team have been the BEST Doctor/office we have been fortunate to have. Harris Dental treats three generations in our family, he has seen other relatives and friends-giving all of us the very best in care and treatment. In caring for my Mom, kiddos and due to life challenges, we have sadly had dozens and dozens of Doctors and Dr. Joe is our favorite and the best. Dr. Harris has created the best type of business-one that genuinely cares about their patients and for one another in the office. Thankfully, his sons are following in his footsteps-I wish other Doctors would emulate Dr. Harris-it would make a huge difference to how patients feel about their physicians and healthcare. Celebrating 35 years is well earned and well deserved!

My first appointment with Dr. Brian Harris was today. This doctor is the best I have seen in my experience with countless dentists through the years. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. The technician and hygienist were very professional and skilled. I have never seen such state-ot-the art technology in a dental office and it takes a lot to impress me. Dr. Harris is interested and caring about the patient. Although I heard some news today that was shocking to me, the doctor and his staff were re-assuring and put together a step-wise treatment plan with all costs carefully documented. Although I was expecting the treatment to be far more, I would say it was moderately priced, especially for the outstanding care, technology, and personal attention that the patient is given. I would recommend this dental practice and this doctor without hesitation.

This was the most excellent customer service, and dental treatment experience I have ever had. From the receptionist Kerry, and the hygienists Annie and Lisa, to the dentist Joe Harris D.D.S.; everything was exceptional. As a Customer Relations Analyst and Human Resources Specialist, I can confidently say, this dental group is outstanding to their patients. My father was a GM of a prominent Cosmetic Dentistry Lab for 15 years, and I have had many opportunities to be in contact with many dental offices. I worked with my father, when I was considering becoming a dentist. I can assure you, out of the 50+ companies I visited with my father across the U.S., Harris Dental stands out as the best by far. I could not possibly give any higher of a recommendation.

I was greeted in a very friendly..."we are interested in you"..manner. My experience with Lisa was comfortable and very informative. Then I met Dr. Harris, who was interested in who "I" was. Then I moved on to Annie, who cleaned my teeth. Again, another good experience. Annie gave me credit for knowing how she measures the gums. She demonstrated a water flosser. Interestingly, I even saw an individual that had worked at my previous dentist. It is indeed a small world. This office is literally down the street from where I live, so convenience was key. Had a wonderful experience. Clean office. If you are looking for a dentist in the central Phoenix area, I would definitely recommend Harris Dental.

I go out of network to be seen here, they are that special. The staff is off the charts nice, Dr. Brian is so kind and gentle its crazy. My shots of novacaine, I didnt even feel it, so painless. He put my anxiety to rest and I no longer shy away from the dentist. Hes renewed my faith. I just met Dr. Joe and hes also amazing. I cant say enough good things about this office, the staff and especially the dentists. I hesitate to recommend them because Id like to keep them to myself, but in a world of painful dentistry - Arizona should know they have a choice to pick a terrific office. (Oh, did I mention the urgent care they have? ...Yup, you dont have to stay in pain on weekends or holidays - I tested them :) )
