Overall I am very pleased with my experiences so far. I was nervous about going to the dentist because it had been about 3 years since the last time I had seen one. I didnt like my last dentist very much, so I looked up highly rated dentists in Phoenix and Im happy that I chose Agave. They are pleasant, friendly and professional without being judgmental. Theyve done their very best to suggest and offer the best treatment possible for my teeth. They are patient and do a great job explaining what needs to be done and why, as well as the finances. My only complaints are minor. There was a really bad infection on one of my back teeth that wasnt caught on the x-rays and wasnt discovered until my teeth were being cleaned and Heather removed some tarter to discover decay under the crown, as well as an opening. I was referred out to a specialist who found another infection in the tooth in front of that one. The tooth with the bad infection had to be removed - which Dr. Bentley handled, and I am beyond pleased. He was very calming and reassuring during the procedure, and made sure that I had enough anesthesia to not feel any pain. He also called me later that evening to make sure that I was OK. It is the day after, and I feel no pain and have no swelling, and Ive only been taking tylenol and advil as directed. Also, his assistant Isis was very friendly and sweet, and kept asking to make sure I was OK throughout the procedure. They really work with you to make sure you are comfortable and to get as much done as they can in one appointment to minimize your trips to and from their office. I highly recommend them!

"I became a patient at Agave Dental early this year and have received superior service during every visit. Dr. Hamann was the first dentist to do an oral cancer screening for me. It was quick, painless, and paid for by my insurance. I have seen two hygienists at the office, Rose and Maryn, both were fantastic. Last week I saw Maryn who understand oral health and people, in general. I especially enjoyed Maryn letting me guide the conversation, or lack of. I loved being able to sit quietly while she focused on my teeth. Did you know you can have a pain free tooth cleaning? Agave used a topical type anesthetic product, Oraquix, to temporary numb me during my cleaning. The cleaning was pain free and the anesthetic wore off right before I left. The office is centrally located, newly remolded and I have always been seen very close to my appointment time. Agave uses a very easy, on-line, appointment scheduling system. I was reminded electronically, via a text and e-mail about my appointment. The office is clearly a leader in communicating the way patients prefer. I would recommend Agave Dental and their staff to anyone."

Before Agave Dental existed, I did not like going to the dentists office. I thought, "Great... I get to go sit in an uncomfortable chair for an hour and listen to condescending remarks about why I need to floss more." But now that I have trusted my smile to Agave Dental and Dr. Hamann, that is all a thing of the past!! They are so friendly and really know what they are doing, that I get excited for my next appointment every time! And furthermore I am happy when I leave, because I know Ive just made a great investment in my total and overall health. Something unique about the Agave Team - they emphasize the fact that oral care is not just about the teeth - it is about total health of which oral health is a critical component. Agave uses all of the most modern dental technology which not only provides the best results, it makes the patient experience quick, pleasant, and easy. Thanks Agave!! See you soon! - Joey

I had heard great things about this office, but I was still a little skeptical. However, I now have to agree with others, this was the best experience at a dentist office I have had yet. Maryn was very thorough and explained everything she was going to do before doing it. Dr. Hamann is fantastic as well and I really appreciated the oral cancer screening as well. I have never been to a dentist who has been so thorough and focused on my concerns. The office is clean and newly remodeled. The staff is friendly and I did not have to wait in the lobby, they were ready for me when I arrived. I was also able to print out the new patient forms on-line and fill them out prior to my visit, which expedited the process when I arrived for my first visit. I really couldnt imagine a better experience. I recommended Maryn to my husband, he went to get his teeth cleaned and agreed, best experience ever!

I am so grateful for the care I receive at Agave Dental. This office was established in the spirit of love and caring many years ago and it has continued in that same spirit with the transition of new dentists, new look in the office, new equipment... all up to date, top of the art methods to maintain good oral health! I am blessed to know them and privileged to be a patient there! I would give them all 5 stars, from reception to billing office! I have to smile at loved it!!! Dentistry is not one of my favorite items on the to do list... having suffered much as a child with a dentist who laughed and made fun of children when they cried... we have come a long way in the practice today!! And I am the most grateful!!! But I can easily say, I love the people!!!

I became a patient at Agave Dental more than a year ago and finally decided to share the positive experience Ive had with the office and Dr. Beth Hamann. Dr. Hamann is caring and genuinely wants what is best for your teeth. The staff is friendly and organized. I appreciate that the office uses the latest in dental technology and is in-network for my insurance. Ive now referred my entire family and they have had good experiences as well with both Dr. Hamann and Dr. Call. The central location is convenient to my work which is an added benefit. I highly recommend the office if you are looking for a great dentist.

My whole family have been patients with Agave Dental for over 2 years and we are highly satisfied with the overall experience weve had here. We refuse to go anywhere else. The entire staff is very caring and does an amazing job with our cleanings, exams, dental work (fillings, sealants, invisalign to name a few). They show a true interest in our health and are patient with answering any questions or concerns and explaining procedures, etc. I recommend Agave Dental to anyone that is looking for an honest, caring dental office that does outstanding work and offers excellent service. :)

Absolutely phenomenal. My teeth have NEVER been cleaner thanks to the sweetest hygienist Ive ever met (thanks Kary!) and I felt unbelievably comfortable in the competent hands of Dr. Hamann, which is unheard of when referring to dental appointments! Even the insurance specialist up front (Terri I believe) was tremendously kind and knew the ins and outs of all the insurance/payment information I needed! Simply a perfect experience.

I have always had a dentist phobia, but not so much any more! I know I am well taken care of and have the most up-to-date technology in my care. Dr. Call and Dr. Hamann are both very caring dentists, and they and their entire staff make sure you are comfortable at all times and informed in the procedures they are doing for you. Super friendly all around. Finally have a smile I can be proud of! Love this place!
