Dont get me wrong, I really enjoyed having Dr Starley as my dentist. But your office staff can make or break you. My insurance changed and I called to make sure they accepted it, I was promptly told no they dont accept my new insurance. Mind you, I spent 4000 on an upper full denture because I did not have insurance when I first started with him. After spending that kind of money just for the denture, that did not include extractions, you would think I would be a loyal patient. On top of all that my daughter in law called to get a copy of her records and they refused to give them to her. The Starleys are phenomenal dentists and they do a great job. Their office staff needs to be replaced, every single one of them!

I am so grateful that Dr. John Starley is my dentist! He has been very kind and patient with me and my gag reflexes, left from a disease I had years ago. I have been to several dentists in my 76 years and he is the most gentle and best I have ever been to. The care I have received at Starley Family Dental has always been awesome. I live in Brigham City and gladly travel to Ogden to have my biannual dental exam and cleanings. The staff is pleasant and always helpful. The dental hygienists treat you just like family. (on a good note) :) They really take the time to show you what you need to do to properly care for your oral hygiene.

Terrible Emergency toothache service, out $80 dollars for them to give me generalized you need this and this done, without actually attempting to localize or solve the issue of immediate pain. I will never go back. I understand I need some fillings and a root canal, but that tooth isnt even the one hurting...poor communication, poor service.
