Ive been going to Duncan Dental for over 15 yrs because Dr Duncan is gentle, explains everything well, and helps the entire family feel comfortable. Starla is an amazing hygienist and is very gentle. The staff really makes you feel welcome and theyre always helping to make each visit go smoothly. TVs and Apple TV in each ceiling helps to distract from dental work. Dr Duncan is so good, he sometimes doesnt even have to numb you! He offers flexible billing options, too.

All I had was a simple check up and clean. I was later billed 180 dollars for things that were never done on top of the check up and clean. My insurance covers check ups 100%, so I went there to talk to them. They told me, "we wont look this up because we cant do this for every customer. We dont have the time." It was very cold and rude. I will not be coming back.

I came in with a busted chomper and they were amazing. Non judgemental, and they were especially kind to me. I have autism and he took the time to explain every thing he was about to do and afterwards let me see the tools I was interested in. Numbing was the most minimal pain ever. My experience is very good with billing. I trust them implicitly.
