El servicio me gusta mucho son muy profecionales y cuidadosos con lo que hacen. Tienen muy buena atencion con los pacientes. Siempre se aseguran de que nos sintamos comodos y sin temor a lo que van hace en nuestra boca. Las asistentes son muy atentas y nos tranquilizan nuestros nervios. El Dr. me extracto una muela y la verdad no me di cuenta en cuanto tiempo se llevo a cabo , solo vi que fue muy rapido y no senti ningun dolor. Pienso que el Dr. Boyer es bueno en su trabajo. Gracias por su atencion hacia sus pacientes.

Excellent Dental Care. I hadnt had my teeth cleaned since before I went to school and didnt have a whole lot of money. From my very first visit, I was impressed with every aspect of my dental experience. Let me tell you about it. As you can imagine my teeth needed a deep cleanse from my college diet. One of their dental hygienists Willi saw my teeth and saw that I wasnt doing well and said I would need an expensive process called scaling but she knew that would be out of my budget and cleaned my teeth anyway. She did an excellent job. She taught me great technique and what toothpaste floss and mouthwash Id need to avoid needing scaling. Whats more is she was just the friendliest about it. Dr. Boyer then came in and took a good look at my X-rays and told me exactly what I needed to have done and quoted me a price that would be in my budget. I left with a happy smile. Needless to say, I still go there and love the attention and care they give me as one of their patients.

Mountain view Dental ( DR. Rasmussen ) gives me a sense of confidence without the worry of being upsold on procedures that are unnecessary or will work with you on a timeline that you are comfortable with your finances. His bedside manor is unmatched in the industry through my experience over many years. I did take exception with poor tracking on my insurance in that my allowable benefit for the year had been met and they scheduled a cleaning ( suppose to be 100% covered )which was bounced back to me to pay $175.00. Had I known I would have postponed said procedure till the next calendar year. Then I received a pay in 15 days demand. Better tracking is needed to keep this from happening. It was the Holiday season and I did not have the money and had to pay in installments. Other than that it is a wonderful place.

I attended Academy of Dental Careers that they held here in this office. I needed a root canal done and the Dr said that he would work with me with payments. I put $200 down the day I got it done and had the receptionist bill me for the rest. I drove down to Utah from Idaho every week to attend classes and really felt like I could trust these people.I never once received a bill or a phone call. I called the receptionist and told her that I had moved and gave her my new address and she said she would forward it on to me. Still never received anything. I find out now that they have sent me to collections when I was never sent a bill or anything. I tried making arrangements with them but they just sent me to collections. Thank you for working with me and taking advantage of the fact that I lived 3 hours away.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Rasmussen and crew for over 25 years and they are consummate professionals. Dr. Rass saved many of my teeth, having not been to a dentist for over a decade, and he cured me of the belief that flossing is only an occasional necessity! Dr. Rasss dental touch is as gentle as a Q-tip, and he and his staff--Michelle, Susan, Shauna, Robin, etc.--are always friendly, efficient, expert, and thorough. You know how hard it is to keep your mouth agape for minutes on end? Well, its going to happen, of course, but these folks make the experience the least uncomfortable as possible because of their efficiency and expertise. If I end up travelling around the world sometime, Id like to take them with me to keep my choppers top-notch!

I was referred to Dr. Boyer by a work associate so long ago that I can’t remember when exactly…I think sometime in the late 1980’s or early 1990’s. My wife and children started seeing him then. Ive been seeing Dr. Boyer since my retirement from the military about 10 years ago. My children are all out on their own now, but my wife and I still see Dr. Boyer. He and his staff have always been friendly, fun, and personable. Ive even had a few laughs in conversation with Dr. Boyer and his staff. Aside from the family friendly and enjoyable atmosphere, the dental care has been excellent with no complaints or concerns and we will continue to see Dr. Boyer.

Dr. Boyer is friendly and treats you like a person. He takes time to talk to you and goes the extra mile. Once he had me numb for a new filling and without charging me he switched out an old amalgam filling at the same time! It saved me time, worry and money! Willi is a fantastic hygienist that takes time to explain to you what she is doing. She always remembers you are a person not just a set of teeth. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful too. I have had such a good experience I recommended their dental office to a friend who has been avoiding the dentist because of past bad dental experiences.

Their customer service is horrible. I have to deal with Dr. Boyers assistant as a nightmare. She treats you with unrespected and can hang you up anytime she wants. When it comes to billing, she is not helpful as far as contacting the insurance and give you a clear answer. You actually have to do the work for her. Their staff seem very nice but when you have their service, you will see the truth behind the velvet curtain. I really have a bad experience with this office and all my friends and family will never come back to this office never ever again.

Ive been to Mountain View Dental Care three times now, and I absolutely love it. Dr. Boyer is friendly and always happy to see me. The hygienists know what they are doing and clean my teeth gently and quickly. If there is a problem, they make suggestions for treatment. Theyre never trying to make a sale, but instead are really trying to help me. They offer a hot hand wax while Im getting my teeth cleaned, which really helps me relax. The Mountain View staff is professional, friendly, and affordable. I make the drive up from Provo just to go there.

My husband and I have been going here for years. We have always had great experiences. The staff is always very compassionate. Dr. Boyer is the best dentist and I will not go anywhere else. He came in after hours one early morning when my bite felt a bit off after some major work and he immediately was there to help. The office is so clean and beautiful. The office/billing staff is very helpful too. I love that they are open later hours so I dont have to bring my little kids in with me.

I have been a patient for the last 7yrs, and plan on staying as long as my insurance allows. They have a friendly staff who always welcomes you with a smile when you walk in the door. I have been worked on by both Dr. Rasmussen and Dr. Boyer. They are very patient and work well with your needs. Not to mention, the quick assistance I always receive when I have any billing questions with Robin at the front desk. Thank you staff at Mountain View Dental Care!!
