I have had several fillings over the past year from Century Dental. I have had multiple break and have pain in others. I never had teeth pain before going to them. Now I have to take Ibprofen all the time in order to manage the pain. Also, I had a root canal 11 months ago. I continued to have intense pain in the tooth, so I had Dr. Aarabi check it out multiple times over the next few months. He told me everything was fine. I knew it wasnt so I went to another dentist. He took one x-ray and told me that my root canal was incomplete, infected, and I needed surgery to correct it. I could have avoided months of pain and potential liver damage from pain killers if Dr. Aarabi had caught this. He either needs better equipment or learn to be a better diagnostician. I received a bill this week for $250 from Century Dental, despite the fact I havent been in to them since January (its almost August now). When my husband called to pay it, the receptionist couldnt explain what the charges were for and hung up on him as soon as she got our credit card information. We paid because theyre not worth having bad credit over. Please do not subject yourself to their poor quality and prices. I had another filling break yesterday while eating pasta but would rather pay to have it fixed properly than go back to Century and have a shoddy job done for free.

The first impression is the office feels dirty and uncomfortable. Then it is pretty much open concept in the back so you hear everything that is going on. There are just minimal dividers between each station. They move you around from chair to chair. I was in 3 different dentist chairs before the visit was over. They didnt show me any x-rays before they gave me 7 fillings. At age 37 I hadnt had a cavity since I was 13. I was so nerve wracked with the way they treated me to that point I didnt even think to ask. 1 year later 2 fillings came out within a day of each other. Then when I tried to call they dont turn their phones on when they say they are open.

When I was in the market for a new dentist I was given a recommendation to visit Century Dental West. I had no idea what a "great" hygienist was until I came to Karolynn at this office. Shes SO thorough, she completely knows her stuff and she educates you in the whole process. Dr. Aarabi is so nice, he spends time with you and genuinely cares about your teeth and mouth health. They just moved into a new office and it is beautiful with state-of-the-art equipment. I dont dread the dentist anymore!

I LOVE THIS NEW OFFICE. So beautiful and big with with all new equipment I loved walking into this office. I have been going to Dr Aarabi for years and because my teeth are not the best I have been in quite often. I have had many cavities filled and root canals done, as well as crowns done. I have always had a great (or as great as you can have at the dentist) experience. With all the procedures I have had done I have always been treated with kindness.
