My 1st experience was when I brought in my litter of boxer puppies for their tails and dews. A female vet tech (who came off to me as very rude) said that because 2 of them were white in color they may be blind or def and they probably wouldnt live very long and me being a breeder should just destroy them. WHAT?! I would never destroy my beautiful white boxers!!! They (males) are now well over 2 yrs old with no problems what so ever! I left feeling a bit bothered. The dr. did do a good job with their tails and dews though. I decided to go back to this vet 2 yrs later (as to give them a second chance) with my Male boxer (the daddy of the puppies I brought in the 1st time) I brought him in because he couldnt put pressure on his back leg. They examined him and suggested I have him sedated so they could manipulate his knee and take x-rays. They also suggested that I do a blood test for valley fever because of the swelling around his knee. He did tear a ligament in his knee. While showing me the x-rays they were more concerned that he was going to have hip dysplasia in the future. They sent me home with pain medicine and said if that didnt help my ONLY other option was expensive surgery! They said the dr. would call me in 3 days with the valley fever results. Four days went by and I heard nothing from the vet. I called on the 4th day and the results were in but the receptionist wasnt allowed to tell me anything, I had to wait for the dr. to call me. She also said "the dr. was very busy, and would call me back when she got a chance." I waited another day. No call. Finally we called on a Saturday and of course no dr.s there that day. The receptionist said that she would leave a note for the dr. to call us on Monday. My husband demanded that she look in the chart to see if we had negative results. Thank God my dog didnt have valley fever because that doctor nor anyone else at that clinic ever gave us a simple phone call. They never even called to see how he was doing the next day or to see how the medication was working. UNBELIEVABLE!! So I paid $400 for x-rays and 1/2 a bottle of pain pills. I do not recommend ANYONE to this clinic. I have since taken my dogs to Johnson Ranch and I couldnt be happier. The entire staff has compassion for animals and their owners.

I have gone to Queen Creek Vet Clinic for the past 5 years. I noticed about 3 yrs ago they seemed to stop caring AT ALL, they continued to get progressively worse and finally about 6 months ago, were not only incredibly rude to me, but the vet tech took my dogs temp and HURT her! I found another vet in the area that I love, but this past weekend, after adopting a dog from the pound, I took the dog back to QC Vet for a free "well check"... $175 later, I am still fuming mad! They would not give me meds for my other 2 dogs even after learning that they had caught kennel cough from the new pup, they made me bring them in, so they could charge me the $45 office visit per dog in addition to the cost of the medication. After explaining to them that I only had $150 and wouldnt be able to pay the remaining $25 until 2 days later... their solution, pay what I could and they would hold the meds ransom until I came back to pay the balance!!!! Call me silly, but I thought a vets top priority was the well being of animals! I could somewhat understand if I had never been to them before, but I have a 5 year history with them of always paying my bill! In addition to all that, I AGAIN had to listen to the vet tell me what a horrible pet owner I am because I have not been able to afford to fix 2 of my dogs. Basically, they treat you like youre stupid and only care about the money. I should have followed my instincts and avoided them 6 months ago... trust me... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Worst place in the world to take your pet. My 15 year old dog COULD NOT WALK and they were more concerned about his distended stomach. They talked me into an xray of his belly in case there was something there that was sending blood clots to his spine. They already knew he had elevated liver levels and had a problem with his liver. I consented to the Xray, they pointed out the growth (which was on his liver) but they told me it was on his spleen and it should be removed (they would lose money if it was on his liver because you cant remove that). someone please tell me why I would put a 15 year old dog through surgery to remove his spleen WHEN HE CANT WALK. Took him to another vet - Dr. Burke at Cornerstone WHO IS AWESOME and he immediately addressed the inflammation that was causing my dog not to be able to walk. I was considering put my precious dog down, went for a second opinion, asked for my records to be sent to Cornerstone and QC Vet never did fax. They sent an "authorization form" for me to sign which was nothing more than a marketing questionnaire asking why we were at another vet - I could go on and on and on. They are awful. They care for nothing more than the almighty dollar and not your pet. I almost put my dog down because of them because I thought that was my only option. Wouldnt let them touch any pet of mine EVER AGAIN.

We bought our home in 2011, and I wanted a dog, We went to the pound and adopted this skinny little lab pit mix, you could see her ribs, she was (guessing) 3 months old. I have really not been around dogs much, but when we got her home she would just lay in the corner, and she had very stinky runny poops. We called QCVC to get the free exam. When we got there they were great, the (med aid?) Kat was superb and still is, Our Lil Lady is now 3 years old and a bit overweight, no she did not have parvo but was very dehydrated, had parasites in her stool, and kennel cough, along with a few other issues. In Oct. same year we got a 6 week old puppy, Miss Priss (Missy) has been going since. They have package prices and while I dont know what other places charge, QCVC has always been there for us. We also have Willa my sister gave her to us more than a year ago. Our 3 girls are healthy, Missy has a sensitive stomach and has to be on prescription food, we buy the food there at QCVC, convenience was our 1st reason for buying it there, price checking online keeps us going back. There prices are comparable. I love this place, they are always there for our girls. Dr. Megan Clansey is about the best vet you would ever meet, dont forget about Kat, Becky, Lizzie, and a few others. I would highly recommend QCVC for all your furry family needs. Cheryl

We received a coupon in the mail for a free nail trim. I brought my two dogs in for a much needed trim. We used to take them to Banfield, but I have been exploring other more affordable vet options. So, we decided to give Queen Creek Vet Clinic a try because of their convenient location. One of my dogs HATES the vet, she has been this way since she was a puppy. She is used to getting lots of treats and TLC at Banfield visits. I was struggling even to get her in the door at Queen Creek, as 3 staff members were watching my epic struggle without offering assistance with her, offering treats or even just a friendly welcome. The vet tech was nice, but the front staff people looked at me like I had just brought them the worst dog in the world. Wouldnt you think they would understand that she was nervous coming to a new vet? Best of all, I heard the vet tech tell the front desk people that it took 3 hands to hold down my dog to cut her nails. No compassion at all. I would think that they would be friendly to new customers to try to win their business, but this didnt happen at all. Never going back here.
