I have had several not so great experiences with Chiropractors in the past so I was rather skeptical when scheduling my first appointment with Dr. Dan. On my first visit I was welcomed by friendly staff and could clearly see and feel that this was a facility meant for healing. I initially saw Dr. Dan for a neck/migraine issue which has plagued me for over 20 years. I had developed a fatalistic attitude of “Oh well, just have to deal with it for the rest of my life” and really did not expect much to change. After just one visit I felt some of the pressure releasing and could see some hope of a future without chronic pain. Now after seeing Dr. Dan for several months my migraines have decreased in frequency and severity and I feel fabulous overall. Thanks to Dr. Dan and his wonderful staff, I am now becoming more active and planning to hike the Grand Canyon this fall without fear of impairment. I would never have even considered such an undertaking without the results I have seen through my continued treatment. The holistic whole mind/body/spirit approach is exactly what I need. Thank goodness I followed through with that initial appointment!

I first met Dr. Dan at a talk he was giving about kinesiology. I was fascinated by his talk! My son went to seen him since he was having some digestive issues, low energy and overall just didnt feel good. The staff and Dr. Dan were both extremely friendly and personable. Dr. Dan spent over an hour with my son and recommended some stretches and supplements. My son said he felt "awesome" the following day after treatment. I also made an appointment for myself since I was having some neck and shoulder tightness. After the session with Dr. Dan, I definitely felt less stressed and the following morning I was up very early with tons of energy! I am a firm believer that the body is designed to heal itself and that a holistic/natural approach is the key to wellness and vitality. Dr. Dans holistic approach to healthcare for his patients and the positive energy he exudes create an awesome experience for everyone who walks in the door.

I was referred to Dr. Dans practice through a friend, who recommended him to glowing reviews that peaked my interest. More than just chiropractic, Dr. Dan has a holistic approach to wellness. I find his knowledge, manner and approach are just what I was looking for in a spine doctor or a health care practitioner in general. In just 3 visits I feel much better, my slouchy posture is correction oriented in my daily life. I went in complaining of pain my neck and spine between the shoulders due to being tall and hunched over at work and at home on the computer. Both areas are in a state of steady improvement. I, in turn, enthusiastically recommend Dr. Dan. He has made a big, positive impact on my quality of life and my state of being in a very short time, and I will be seeing him for as long as I am able.

Dr. Dan Secrest is more than your ordernairy chiropratic person. He is an extraordinary healer who utilizes and intergrates wholistic as well as time-accepted and traditional modes of chiropractic practices. Dr. Dan has impacted my life and health in such a positive way, the latest being adjusting my body to enable mobility after having knee-replacement surgery. Through his capeable hands, my leg and lumbar spine functioned at a much higher degree enabling me to stand and walk upright without pain! As crazy as it sounds, I believe Dr. Dan saved my life. When I walked into his clinic the first time, I honestly felt, energetically speaking, like I couldnt go on. Every part of my body ached and I had all to do to hold up my head while Dr. Dan asked me an array of questions. When that part was over with, Dr. Dan did what he does best. He made a few adjustments, used a certain instrument that worked with my meridians and finally brought in one of his massage therapist to work on my neck and shoulders. When the session was over with, I literately felt 100% better and looked straight into his eyes and told him that I think he saved my life. Though I had know Dr. Dan for years, Ive never made a appointment for myself. I only wished I had seen him sooner.

So much more than I expected! I took my 7 year old daughter to Dr. Dan after she had experienced multiple seizures and the neurologists wanted to put her on medication. His care, his thoughtfulness and his knowledge were a welcome and needed experience for our family. Not only were we able to avoid getting her on medications but through the work with Dr. Dan and bio-feedback she is thriving in all areas of her life. I have experienced incredible healing both physically and emotionally myself and have started bringing my other 2 children to him as well. It is a family affair! He really is a gift and I feel blessed that he was recommended to our family.

Dr. Dan is attentive, intuitive, empathetic and an all around excellent chiropractor! Being a caterer and server for years has given me issues in my lower back. Bending forward sometimes causes severe pain in that area, but Dr. Dan works efficiently and effectively to correct the problem whenever it arises. I can count on him to alleviate the discomfort completely within a few visits. However I always leave his office feeling better than when I went in. Sometimes, when needed, he will apply Rock Tape to the area which offers great support while it heals. I have been a patient of Dr. Dans for years and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I have been seeing Dr.Dan for over 10 years. Dr Dan is a above and beyond a Miracle Worker. He has gone out of his way to help me when Ive been completely broken and am suffering at a pain scale of 10. If it werent for him I wouldnt be able to sit at my desk most days. (Its amazing how a desk job is so debilitating.) Thanks to his handy skills I am able to enjoy my weekends of play. Dr Dan isnt one of those crazy bone cracker chiropractors he believes in healing you so you dont have come back. I suggest him to anyone who is in pain or just wants to keep their body in alignment. Dr. Secrest is kind, helpful, thoughtful, and he listens to what your body needs. On the first visit he "read" me like a book and intuitively knew the source of my pain. He gave a thorough evaluation including assessment of my energy meridians, alignments, and measurements. A few manipulations and some soft tissue work later, I felt free from pain. I have been back each week in the last month and I am progressively better. He gave me stretches and cell salts to enhance my healing as well. Dr. Dan is the best I have seen in 30 years! Highly recommended.

Dr. Secrest is by far one of the best Chiropractors Ive seen. Dr. Secrest is NOT the type who will insist on seeing patients 3-4 times per week endlessly just to make money on the visits. He is truly in tune with a persons body and how the body reacts to his treatments. Ive had my share of experiences with Chiropractors whos adjustments actually made the problems worse. I was able to see major improvement in two weeks! He utilizes a more holistic approach in his practice. He truly cares about his patients.
