While the staff was very kind, the dentist (Dr. Gardner) seemed very uncaring of my needs. I have the worst dentist anxiety, and instead of trying to ease it by smiling, or joking around with me, he just gave me medication for it on my next visit. He interrupted me a couple of times when I was trying to talk to him, and showed little sympathy when I was in pain. Today I had to go in for a tooth extraction, Ive had teeth extracted before, and the time before local anesthesia worked perfectly fine for me, but whatever he used was awful. I felt every tug and pull, almost like he didnt numb me at all! I expressed that I was in pain, and he seemed so frustrated with me! He told me that I couldnt handle it, although it felt more like he was one who didnt want to handle it. I am very dissatisfied with my care at Parklane Family Dental, and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Ive never been treated so horribly by someone who is supposed to be a medical professional.

Attention JUSTIN this is brittany reeves not bonnie she told me to include that in the review. I went to parklane and was seen by Dr. Gardner and he was great he saw all my problems and is working on a treatment plan to get me going to the right steps. He made me very aware of what i can do now to fix my smile to get it started on the right path. I had a very sore tooth that has been causing me some pain for awhile now, and he was able to numb me all up get in there and get it out even with me jumping cause i was so nervous. The staff did a great job to in understanding all my needs and issues with previous teeth problems. I am so excited to be on the road to a pretty and healthy smile thank to parklane dental.

EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Called just to get some general information and was completely dismissed. The lady that answered is named Marie. She was so rude and unfriendly. If this is the type of person that represents Parklane and their reputation, than NO THANK YOU! I will find a more COMPASSIONATE AND CARING dentist, and I suggest you do the same.

I took my son to Parklane a few weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed with the calm, relaxing and professional atmosphere. I was so impressed, I have switched my whole family to Parklane. If anyone has any anxiety related to seeing a dentist, this is the place to go. The location is wonderful. Very pretty and relaxing surroundings.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Parklane! The office is gorgeous and inviting. The location is great. The staff are gracious. I like that they provide fluoride alternatives. I had a small amount of concern that the details of my exam might be confused, but Dr. Gardner made sure it was taken care of.

Not happy that my temporary tooth that I have while waiting on permanent ones came out . Was told that if that happens come in & we will reglue it dosent take 5 minutes to fix per doc chris . Well they didnt have 5 minutes to reglue. Humm I may need a different dentist.
