I was very skeptical that so many people gave five star ratings to this dentist office so I had to see it for myself. I called and asked if they would be able to accept a new patient. After a brief standard Q&A about insurance coverage, name, etc they began to blow my mind. First, they were able to schedule me as soon as two days after I called for an 8am appointment (I like to go in early before work). I spent less than 10 minutes in the waiting room even, which is impressive because in that time they were able to take care of the other two people who were already ahead of me. Second, since I was a new patient I was given a comprehensive and thorough exam. This required a high degree of sophisticated equipment that allowed them to get xrays/pictures of every absolute angle of my teeth. Third, I had Dr. Platt who was very sociable and easy to talk to. He sat down for a long while and made sure he understood why I was in that morning. You could tell he really enjoyed delivering top quality care that was tailored to each patients unique needs. He did an oral cancer screen, checked the integrity of my teeth with a laser, and discussed my photos/xrays for a course of action, if any. As soon as we were done speaking I was shown to the exit. The dental assistant had already filled out a form that I was to show to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth cut out. The secretary had already processed my dental insurance and had already calculated how much my cleaning and follow up appoint would cost to my provider and out-of-pocket expense. I was able to schedule my next two appointments there on the spot! The whole process from start to finish took 45 minutes. If thats not care that every professional provider strives for then I beg for someone to show me a better example. I can say with confidence as long as I live in Missouri I will go to Gladstone Family Dental. I hope this review helps!

Great Staff, very friendly so far I had nothing but good experience with them. I enjoy that Dr. Dale talks to you and lets you know exactly what is going on and explains things so you can understand it using both the xrays and props. He explains all your options very well. The wait time is minimal, the procedure is great hardly noticable (to me anyways, others maybe more sensitive) I also like how they communicate both through emails, and phone calls. wait time: 5/5 communication: 5/5 procedure (painlessness): 5/5 cost: 4/5 ( if it was free Id give 5/5 otherwise great for the price) follow ups: 5/5 keep up the good work!

I have been a patient here for many years, since I was a teenager, with the exception of a small period of time when we moved out of the area. Dr Platt, Dr Dale, and the entire staff at Gladstone Family Dental group are all wonderful. They provide excellent service and comfortable, gentle, care. I am someone who suffers from severe anxiety while at the Dentist, but Dr Platt and his staff always go above and beyond to ease my nerves and make me as comfortable as possible. I would not want to be in the care of anyone else. I highly recommend this group.

Ive had very few good experiences with dentists, but this was hands down the best experience Ive ever had! Everyone at the office was extremely nice. Dr. Dale was very calm and understanding. My visit was educational and not judgmental by any means. Both he and his assistant, Sara, took the time to get to know me. As someone who works in the healthcare industry, its not often you come across medical and dental providers who really put in the time and effort to work with you. I would highly recommend this office!

Ive been going to Gladstone Family Dental seeing Dr. Platt for several years now and each visit has been quick and professional. Everyone Ive met there has been great. They are always cheerful and welcoming. The interior and equipment could do with a little modernization, but other than that I have zero complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a ton of questions prior to getting dental work done and Dr Dale sat with me for close to an hour explaining everything in detail. I have never met a dentist so enthusiastic about his work and it definitely shows in the results. No pain afterwards, one of the best dentists I have been to. Looks great and lasts. This was my first visit, but everyone was great, friendly and down to earth. Dr. Platt took the time to make sure all concerns I had were addressed and gave me several plans on how we could go about fixing those concerns as well as giving me an estimated cost of each.
