Im writing this review on behalf of my girl friend who is too polite to write it herself. Two experiences with this practice: The first was for a general consultation where all the dentists went to lunch together and one sent her food back delaying all of their return to the office as patients built up delaying everyones appointment by hours. The second and far more egregious offense was when she actually showed up for her scheduled outpatient appointment to have her wisdom teeth extracted. This is a procedure that requires you not to eat or drink anything all day beforehand and arrange for a ride afterward because you get anesthesia. She showed up for her appointment on time and they told her they were running an hour late and to come back. So she came back an hour later and they told her she was late. They then took a walk in patient in front of her. As she sat and waited in the office for THREE HOURS past her appointment, they didnt even realize she was waiting. After three hours she finally left, scheduling an appointment with another dentist - to have her INFECTED WISDOM TEETH REMOVED - and they gave her a hard time about getting a refund as she had paid in advance. Incredibly unprofessional. Poor patient care. I question how these people are even running a business. Unbelievably poor and shocking service. I will never come back.

Enter at your own risk! New to the area and needed to establish dental care for my family. Told me I had a co-pay and I didnt. Told them there was no co-pay. Then told me it was for "infection control", then the $20 fee was for "materials". Waited more than a month for an appt for my child. We waited 45 min in the office before I asked when theyd take him back. Took him back for x-rays. Person taking x-rays wasnt the regular person and took them over and over again fumbling the process. Kept him for an hour and no one cleaned his teeth! Instead they gave him a treatment plan and wanted him to return. Charged my husband for "heavy" cleaning meaning two appts and told him he needed lots of work done. My teeth cleaned in one appt, but treatment plan for me required "preventive" crowns at thousands of dollars. Focus seemed to be on marketing and making a buck. Felt like we were being scammed. When they didnt even clean my childs teeth, I told them we wont be back. Found a new dentist and found we didnt need the "preventive" work done.

I felt like they were just out to get money from me. And I have insurance! Every time I call to ask a question about my treatment they ask me, well, dont you have your treatment plan that we gave you? Yes, i have it, i just want some clarification.... and trying to veer from that treatment plan (b/c heck, who has 1500+ bucks to get 2 crowns and 3 fillings done in one visit) they act like its a huge problem. Then trying to get answers out of them about why Im getting charged $X when my insurance summary says it should be $Y is literally like getting a tooth pulled. She (Jennifer) doesnt know and the person who can answer that question is not available right now. Not very helpful at all. Plus they want to charge me $80 bucks for a cleaning when my insurance says it should be $0? O no thank you.

Unbelievable. They filled four teeth, it felt likeI was being waterboarded, I was exhausted for two days. Then, they were all uneven. I have been back twice for repairs, which are very uncomfortable, and I still have pain that wasnt there when all this started! My teeth are quite good for middle age, not even sure the four cavities were real. The people are very nice and its very clean, but it feels like you are on a conveyor belt, Im guessing the practice is more concerned about the bottom line than doing good work.

They convinced me that all of my fillings needed to be redone even though there was nothing wrong with them. The new fillings they put in were horribly done and my teeth began rotting underneath the new fillings. Now I will have to have a root canal and a crown on at least two or three different teeth. I think they just wanted to bill my insurance for the procedures. Ive almost considered taking legal action. Id put zero stars if I could. Dont go here.

Great dental office very affordable!! They work with my hubby all the time and do excellent work. Dont listen to the bad reviews...these ladies are so friendly and helpful! We love them and they are gentle. You ladies keep up the good work WE LOVE YOU GUYS! My husbands treatments would cost double anywhere else and I called around. He even had a temporary tooth fall out and 2 weeks later they fixed it for free. Highly recommend them. Sam Jansen :)

Dr. Monique is by far the most personable dentist I have ever had! Very kind, and extremely knowledgable/skilled! I have had to get a lot of work done, and I mean a lot. Every time I go, I receive fantastic service and respect. The entire staff does a great job! You may occasionally have to wait a couple extra minutes in the waiting room, but in my opinion, the excellent service is absolutely worth it!

I recently was having pain and needed a root canal, and Broadway Dental was the only provider on the island that took my dental insurance. Dr. Hoang and Dr. Pham took very good care of me. One thing I liked about Dr. Pham was how he took the time to explain what he was going to do. I liked that the called to check up on me the day after the procedure. A couple days out I am starting to feel good.

ive had nothing but good experiences with broadway dental. theyre personable and great at what they do. centrally located in galveston, so its pretty easy to get to from any part of the island. can definitely recommend these folks.

Dentist and hygienist are very friendly and skilled, but be prepared to devote half a day to seeing them. Scheduling is a mess. Its disrespectful to waste peoples time the way they do.

Dr. Sami is the BEST ever..... I recommend anyone to him and the Dental Hygenist cleans your teeth with the best joy ever lol shes a great deal of fun
