Dr. Costa is a wonderful person who truly cares about people & her patients dental health. She doesnt just assume you know what a procedure entails & tries to explain everything to you as she is going along. Shes also not afraid to give with the Novacaine. I am a difficult patient because I have many health issues, medications I take & strange allergies, almost all with severe reactions. Today I saw Her for an emergency visit after a 3 1/2 year hiatus in which I had been being seen at Western Dental in Antioch. She not only warmly welcomed me back with open arms & a waiting chair (She stayed late to be able to see me.) She didnt scold me for allowing my teeth to come to such a pass. She was just glad to have me back in her care & able to help. Even though my leaving previously had been a bit strained & many years had passed, she & the staff were warm, caring & asked about my family as if it has only been a few weeks instead of a few years! They even remembered my daughters & my then newborn granddaughters names! Also, though Im fairly certain its noted in the computer, they knew who my husband was & his dental issues even though we have different last names. All this babbling to basically say, I think Dr. Costa is a kind, warm, caring, well educated Dentist whos genuinely concerned about not just youre dental health but your overall health & welfare, WITHOUT being nosy! A fantabulous combination thats hard to find... The Office Staff as well. Definitely gonna stay with her from now on!

Dr. Arlene Cotas was a customer of mine. She owned another practice in Hayward as well as Brentwood. I serviced their equipment and sold them equipment and supplies. Dr. Cotas sold the hayward practice and just decided not to pay me the money she owes me. 9 thousand dollars is allot of money to me as I am a small business. I repeatedly tried to contact them by phone and email. I even drove to the brentwood office from the bay area. I also offered to waive ALL finance charges on her accounts if she paid her delinquent bills. They refuse to speak to me. Arlene Cotas is a thief who refuses to pay her bills. I have small children and a wife to support. My family had to move because we couldnt afford to pay our bills. What a horrible human being.

Dr. Anu is one of the finest dentist I have seen. She is professional in her work and this clinic is not like many others trying to mint you as much as they can in a short time from you or your insurance. Their advice is to the point and gives patients choice and never feel in any pressure to come for a follow up or for more treatment. Usually a dentist visit is stressful but not here. I feel relaxed and can trust this Doc.
