If youre looking for a great Dental place this is the place you need to come to. The staff is very helpful especially Sue the office manager and Taj was very friendly. I went in to get my teeth cleaned and to check on what I thought were cavities. The Dental Hygienist Sue was awesome! Dr. Simarro did an exam on my teeth and told me they were in great condition. I enquired about invisalign with him and was very happily surprised that he could have my teeth straight again in about ten months. Sue was very helpful and was able to fit me in the same morning to get my impressions done. She had the assistant Leslie do this and again I was very surprised, she was able to get this done in under 15 minutes. The office is very clean, the staff is very professional, upbeat and helpful. I would definitely recommended everyone to come to this office.

They were very accommodating I was given an after work appointment. Dr. Simarro was gentle with the instruments and the drill. I hate the sound of that annoying drill but I was able to relax while listening to music through my earbuds. Dr. Simarro worked at a consistent pace he didnt rush even though it was late evening. The staff is always polite, patient and they take time to explain procedures so that you are comfortable with your treatment. I love how this office is up to date with the newest equipment and lastest trends in dentistry. You can trust Dr. Simarro he is very knowledgeable and confident that you will be happy with his work. I love it here and I love my celebrity smile ! Thank you!

Loved my first appointment! Great office, beautiful with relaxing music. Everything was very clean. Did all my paperwork via computer so it was quick and readable. Dentist was wonderful, excellent bedside manner. Xrays digital, so fast and easy. Staff explained every procedure and cost, clearly and in writing, with each procedure and what the insurance paid and what I would have to pay very clear. I am dentist phobic and I felt very reassured. I don;t know about pricing since I havent been to the dentist in so long but I will say even without insurance, my root canal will be about $300 less than I paid 4 years ago. I will follow up with another review if the quality doesnt stay this high.

Ive been seeing Mark Miller DDS since I moved to Antioch in 1997 the overall quality and experience has been just priceless.. Mark Couldnt have picked a better associate Ryan Simarro DMD to share in and pass on the knowledge and quality of his great practice to his patients.. Its hard to find a good honest professional thats not all about the Mighty Dollar. Leaving the office this morning as walking out with one of his other patients and oh my gosh hes just so grateful he said hes never walked out of a place feeling more positive about the care he just recieved and the assistance to financially complete the work thats needs to be done.. Thanks Mark Miller and your great Staff.

I had a a previous bad experience at a dentist while getting a root canal it was the worst pain ever! Besides my tooth hurting that doctor hurt me even more. I googled and yelp for another doctor where I can go to where I can no longer be afraid and scared while eating dental work. I found this office and the moment I stepped in I was in dental heaven. The staff was absolutely awesome and the doctor was amazing. We did a consult and he broke down what needed to be done explaining every single thing to me. Im thankful for finding them and now Im ready to get work done, Ill make sure to leave another comment after said and done.

SO GLAD I found them. My first time here was Feb 2016 because my tooth chipped. The 2nd appointment was supposed to be 2 weeks after I had seen Dr. Ryan but an emergency situation happened and had to cancel that same day that I was supposed to come in that early morning. The office ladies were not mean at all like some other places Ive been when trying to cancel or reschedule my appointment. They were all so welcoming and made me feel at ease with everything. They even watched my baby girl while I had my teeth taken care of today. ALL such wonderful people and so SWEET all around. I will be a patient for life :)

I had a really great experience at Miller & Simarro Dental Care. I had not been to the dentist for about a year after a not so favorable experience at a different office. I was very nervous about my appointment but I was warmly greeted from the moment I walked in and immediately calmed by the staffs demeanor. Even though I was about seven minutes late they didnt seem annoyed or rushed. The dentist was extremely gentle and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Im glad I found them and look forward to partnering in the maintance of my smile.

I absolutely love this laid back,yet professionally run dental office. The staff are always happy,no stress. Lovely decor.Latest technology in the dentistry. Very patient with booking future appointments,even if its an entire family:) My family and I have lived in Antioch for over 20 years. We use to drive to Concord for our dental care. But I am actually happy for this change:) Not a fan of the "dental" thing..But we all know if we have to go... this is the place to "get it done"in a relaxed.. serene place:) Thanks team! The office staff was one of a kind. The Dental hygenest was very nice, and kept me informed every step of the way. Showed me my X-rays,explained in great detail what was going on. Dr. Nathan Simarro was very cool. He never once tried to push anything on me, he was thorough and what a great sense of humor, and the way to explain it I guess was a very casual attitude. The equipment they use is the best you can get in the industry, and my cleaning, X-rays and exam were all pain free. Dont hesitate, these guys are the tops in there field.

I have such a fear of the dentist! When I first began my visit with Dr. Miller over 10 years ago, he listened to my concerns and heard my past pain. He has always remembered our first meeting and his dental care has been supreme. I wouldnt go to another dentist if you paid me! Never have I been kept waiting more than a few minutes. Also appreciate that they are up on the most current treatment. Ive had invisalign braces (cant say enough good things about that experience!) and whitening services. These are good, honest people performing exceptional care!

I came to Dr Miller about 20 years ago with many fears about having any dental work done. Not only did he calm my fears but I cant imagine seeing another dentist ever again. He has a superb bedside manner and friendly disposition. Also, he amazes me with his constant research of the latest in technology regarding his practice. Now he is our family dentist and we love the whole staff there!
