Well not sure where to begin but first let me say that whoever the first two people were that said Dr. Harris doesnt care about here patients are complete idiots. I am 53 years old so needless to say I have been through several dentist over t years and and I must say without a shadow of a doubt that Dr. Harris is the MOST caring individual I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Now as far as her dental skill I would rate her well above a 10. Not only does she have the best personality but she listens to you before she does anything at all. Not to mention every time I have anything major done in her office I can guarantee to get a call that evening not from her staff but from Dr. Harris herself asking how I am doing. I take that as an extra step above and beyond caring. Now as for her staff, those girls in there are off the charts FANTASTIC. I feel at home walking in there. First of all who ever wants to go to the dentist right? Well when I know I have an appointment I look forward to seeing all of those girls. They are like family. Love em all............................. So I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a great dental office in the Natomas area especially state workers or just everyday work folk PLEASE give them a call you wont be sorry!!!!! The doctor and his assistant who helped seems pretty nice. I came as an emergency and they was able to squeezed me in because a patient cancelled. My complains goes to the people in the front and those girls who are in-charge of quotes for treatment. I am not rich so have a lot of questions regarding allowances, out of pockets, co-pays, etc. When I said that I cant pay 1K up front I starting to received a bad customer service.; she started saying like I have to decide now because they have patient after me, so I can get the kids home, etc. And the treatment that I received that day I have to pay in full because "she not sure its not covered". My cousin is a medical biller in a dental office in a different city, she said that half of the quote that they give me is not even necessary. And actually those items that are not even necessary is not covered by the insurance. I feel like they have to put it in there so my bill get bigger and I have to pay for it myself. Since I am still shopping and getting quote from various dentist, I requested my xray. They said they will email it to me (in a very bitter tone) but unfortunately never received it. My cousin said I have the right for that because I pay for that.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU YOU NEED WORK DONE THAT YOU REALLY DONT! I ALMOST HAD MY TEETH REMOVED AND IMPLANTS PUT IN. I THOUGHT IT WAS WEIRD BECAUSE I HAVE GOOD TEETH BUT THEY SAID I HAD A "CRACK" IN ONE THEM AND THEY SAID IT NEEDED TO CROWNED AND THE ONE NEXT TO IT TAKEN OUT. THEY WERE TRYING TO SCHEDULE ME THE NEXT DAY AND THAT MY BILL WOULD BE $1600 AND THATS W/INSURANCE!!!! I THOUGHT IT WAS WEIRD BECAUSE I WAS NOT EXPERIENCING ANY PAIN OR DISCOMFORT. I WANTED TO GET A SECOND OPINION. I FOUND OUT IT WAS JUST AN OLD FILLING THAT WAS CRACKED NOT MY TOOTH AND THAT CAN EASILY BE REDONE. IM SOOOO GLAD I DIDNT LISTEN TO THIS DENTIST. THEY ONLY WANTED MY MONEY BECAUSE WHAT THEY WERE SUGGESTING MADE NO SENSE BASED OFF MY DENTAL HISTORY. I WENT HERE BECAUSE I GOOGLED BEST DENTIST IN NATOMAS BUT THIS WAS NOT IT. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!!

Worst Dentist Ever!!! Dr. Harris is only in the industry for money!!!! She does not care about a relationship with her patients. She does the work extremely fast. She doesnt give you time to get numb. She wants you in and out of the chair so the next person can come. She will tell people that they need things when they really dont. I went in and they told me I need a lot of work done and I went for a second opinion and my new dentist told me I didnt need half of the stuff she said I did. She just wants money! Her staff is not certified to do what they are doing. Her Assistant (Rachel) does things that are not legal to do on patients. So watch out because if you go in, she will have them doing things on you that legally they are not allowed to do. Find a dentist out there that really cares about you and your dental needs!!!!

Two Huge Thumbs Down for Natomas Crossing Dental Care! The Office was as hot as a sauna.Dr. Sheila Harris showed zero interest in treating my teeth, and 100% interest in am I gonna pay them! And how much! I know its a bad economy but how does not showing you care one bit for your patients add up to profits? I felt like I was at a Bad Dental School in Training! Take my word, and go somewhere else! This dentist is not into treating patients dental issues! Shes just going through the motions,hoping someone comes in with 100 dollar bills falling out of their pockets! I dont see how anyone would ever be a repeat customer in this office! The Absolute worst dental office experience of my life!

Had a splendid experience starting with Azure providing a warm welcome and excellent care with xrays. Then an open introduction with Frida the dental hygienist who is very skilled and friendly. Then had thr pleasure of meeting Sheila who was very informative and took the time to explain everything while showing xrays of how and why. My overall experience was more than satisfactory and look forward to my next visit.

My spouse and I have been patients for 2 years now and we are very pleased with the quality of care and concern for patients provided.The only negative I can provide is, scheduling an appointment can sometimes be difficult because this is a busy practice (which actually I feel is also a very good sign on its own).

Felt very welcome here. A lovely DA made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The dentist was also very sensitive to me being in pain and went easy on me as needed. Nice office, clean and quiet. Plenty of parking and near a Starbucks if you need to treat yourself afterwards. Will be returning.

Very gentle...kind, personable. Welcome gift for being a new patient. Would give five stars, except the hygenist splashed polish and and let the polishing tool rest on my teeth a few times. Not a big deal, but, thought she could have been a little more careful.

Dr. Rho is a great dentist. He is very friendly and professional. He makes sure you are alright and if you start feeling any pain he addresses it. I will be a patient of his as long he and I are in the sacramento area.
