Horrible. I went here for years, as well as my wife. They knew we were connected but still played the same games with us. They over charged and wanted to apply it to the next procedure. charged insurance for anual cleanings that never took place. Called us multiple times a day to come for the next procedure like we owed them money. Recommended procedures that would not last, and did second rate work. I was asked on multiple occasions by the techs if they had did the work. After I said yes, they just ended the conversation. Ive never had anybody else work on my adult teeth as Ive never had insurance before. We will be submitting our complaints to our two separate insurance providers soon. The techs were defiantly nice, but the doctors were checked out and who ever handled the money was very shady. We have bills to prove weve been there.

On May of 2017, I received services at Access Dental on Florin Rd in Sacramento CA by Dr. Le. After my insurance, I owed $99 which I paid using my care credit card. I paid an extra $188 that would have gone towards my next appointment. I ended up cancelling that next appointment and switched dentists. It is August 3rd of 2017 and I have YET to receive any refund for that extra $188 I paid for the appointment I ended up cancelling. I called, left emails, and voicemails to the office for MONTHS and was only told just a few days ago after calling for the hundredth time that they are waiting for the billing department to get back to them. Something seems very shady like they are avoiding paying me back the refund owed to me thinking I will just let this go.

They over charged me and refused to give me a refund and said they would apply it to my next procedure not only that but I received claims from my insurance company for procedures they never did such as a simple cleaning I had a crown put in which fell out within a week i made an appointment the following day they wanted to charge me for a faulty procedure that they did and after complaining about how it should have been permanent and not fallen off within a week they fixed it without charging me but I received a claim from my insurance for it plus they call you for appointments like creditors non stop back to back please save your time and NOT go here !!
