Went to Dr Patel for Tooth/gum pain. He suggested that I have a root canal and replace my bridge. To his credit the bridge caused me problems from the day it was installed. The reason give him 1 star is that I had an infection that has been resolved by going to another dentist and getting antibiotics to take care of it. So I have now lost the bridge he installed it has been almost 2 months since I was first treated. So I decided to go to my old Dentist. He told me my gum had a very bad infection. He prescribed antibiotics and removed the bridge. My infection is cleared up. Dr Patel told me to rinse my mouth with salt water and use a prescription mouth rinse which did not work. If Dr Patel would have listened to me I may have been able to heal up much sooner. It appears that I am allergic to the material that he put in my mouth. I will find out in a couple of weeks. I did like the lady that cleaned my teeth. So if you are just going for teeth cleaning Ill give her 4 stars.

Always a great experience when it comes to Hercules Dental Care in Brentwood. I came in due to an emergency tooth ache on Wednesday at 8:50am I was informed by Araceli that the appointment was made on Thursday at 9am. Instead of turning me away. She proceeded with assuring me that I will be seen due to the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Patel checked the area and found the access on my tooth. It was most likely from a bad root canal job when I was younger. I explained that I have been sick as of last week and cant really take anymore time off from work. He then contacted Dr. Dobin an Endodotist in Brentwood to see if he can see me today. They scheduled the appointment and I was seen by Dr. Dobin after an hour. Talk about GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! if youre looking for true professional service and a feelgood experience, change doctors and come here...NOW!

My husband and I have researched several dentists to take care of his complicated dental needs. His staff was able to give us a same day appointment with a free consultation. Dr. Lin was very knowledgeable and gave us a plan of care we are very pleased with. While other dentists wanted to pull out my husbands teeth, Dr. Lin was able to save the ones he still has. Additionally, he worked with our insurance and provided us with the best estimate.

The entire staff are very professional and customer friendly! Whenever I visit their office, I receive a warm and inviting kind of welcome. The current dentist, Dr. Shaleen is very friendly and experienced and all the dental hygienists are friendly and experienced as well!!! I am glad to have chosen the right facility for me and my family :-)
