I am 54 and had major dental issues going on. Too difficult for your average dentist. About a year ago I had given up hope with my previous dentist and was actually looking at getting dentures. I hated the thought of finding someone new but after a lot of searching I found Dr. Elsemary at Wackford Dental. He informed me I didn’t need dentures and I am glad I took his advice. I have had good dentist before but never have I received the kind of care I get with Dr. Elsemary and his staff. What an organized office. It’s obvious that each staff member has an important role and they all work as a team. Different than any office I have ever been to before. I have actually learned a lot from them as well. Dr. Elsemary really cares about the patient and is awesome. He goes above and beyond. His Dental Assistant Brigitte pays so much attention to detail it blows me away. When she made my temporary crowns I received so many compliments on my teeth because they looked so good. Van is who did my cleaning. For the first time in my life I am looking forward to my next cleaning. Miguel is the Treatment Coordinator and is so professional, he’s fantastic. I love them all. The other day I went back to work after receiving my crowns and one of my co-workers asked me to give him the name of my dentist. I am so happy with my outcome that I am giddy. Exceeded my expectations. I have a 90210 smile now. I can’t stop smiling. If you have a dentist that you aren’t happy with I highly recommend you switching to Dr. Elsemary. You won’t be disappointed. The experience you will have at this dental establishment is life-changing. Saying that they will treat you like family is an understatement to their non-stop effort to make sure you get the best teeth care possible. Right when I walked into the office, the office staff is extrememly pleasant and took care of whatever questions I had. The dental staff are ready and always on time and will never pressure you for anything. Coming here makes you forget the fact that this business is even a business. In my opinion, they are trained professional who are always eager to help and will do what they can to best fulfill your needs, while always informing you of the risks and benefits of whatever plan you choose to go forward with. Number one in the Sacramento Region!

I have been a patient here for over 5 years. This is by far the best office I have found. My entire family comes here. My children are 1 1/2, 5, and 13. They actually love coming to the dentist, which is rare, but their experience have always been positive even when getting fillings. The staff treats us great, and there is never a long wait. They have treated my son and I with braces and I have found their prices to be some of the best around. This is the only office I can get my husband to go to because he hates the shots, but with Dr.Nagy he doesnt hardly feel them. I highly recommend this office, not only is everyone fantastic but they are very up to date with there technology.

Amazing office. I feel completely comfortable and confident with the skills of both Dr. Salem (who I saw on my first visit) and Dr. Nagy (who has filled some cavities and done a cleaning or two). Theyre really just gentlemen at their core, and they bring that sincerity into their office. I feel like Im family every time I walk in because theyre always so sweet. Ive recommended people to their facility often and Ive never heard anything bad as a result of those referrals. Even now that Im living in Los Angeles, I plan ahead to book cleanings with them when I visit my parents. Awesome office! Funny and great docs!

Great Dentist. Terrible front desk!.. Tried to force me to get procedures done that were NOT covered by my insurance.. after telling them no and I just want what my insurance covered, both Jenny and Miguel told me the dentist wouldnt serve me. When explaining how I loved their actual dentist, anesthesia team and the like, I was told she would talk to the dentist and call me back, which they never did. When refusing her "recommended" treatment and other uncovered procedures she refused me service and I highly doubt she spoke to the actual dentist. My wife enjoys them more, so it to bad Ill have to find another.

I highly recommend Wackford Dental. Everytime I come here I feel comfortable & welcome. The staff are super friendly and will answer any questions or concerns you have with ease.Sarah was my hygienist today, I had a great experience with her she was very friendly & clear about everything thing we were doing such as X Rays & made sure I wasnt feeling any kind of discomfort along the way. After your cleaning appointment they send you home with a big bright smile and a small "goodie bag" or souvenir! Thank You Wackford Dental! Will be seeing you soon !(:

Wackford Dental has been a great office. I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years and I came in with lots of cavities and there was lots of work to get done. Dr. Salem took good care of me. Explained the procedures to my understanding and did flawless work. I have no apprehension about coming in for my checkups. They are always very informative on the latest techniques and tips on keeping my teeth and gums healthy. The staff is great and I highly reccommend Wackford to anyone looking for a modern efficient dental office.

The technology at Wackford Dental was very impressive. I just had a crown replaced and anyone knows that this usually takes several weeks to complete having a temporary crown first before your actual crown but not at Wackford Dental. I watched a machine make my crown and I will walk out with the whole process taking less than two hours instead of two weeks. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. I recently switched to Wackford Dental and am glad I did.

This us a horrible place dont go here !!!!! They have absolutely no care for you at all ,, they made me change my appointment to a different day for one, but then they asked if maybe I could make it by 8? I said most likely not but Ill try ,,, well I didnt make it had other things going on so now they are charging me , of course, for not making it !!! When they changed everything all up !!! Wat a joke !!!! And then they asked me to take this review down

The staff are very courteous. They make you feel welcome and safe. Ive been to dental offices before where the hygenists and doctors judge and critic you, but not here. They are helpful and let you know all your options with the utter most respect. I use to dred going to get my teeth cleaned, x-rayed, looked at...not here. I will recommend Wackford Dental to anyone in the elk grove, sacramento area. By far, they are the best in the area.

Great dental office with knowledgeable, friendly, and caring staff. The dentist and hygienist work as a well organized team with basically no wait times and no time wasted waiting for someone to help you. They put the patient first and always go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and happy with the service. Makes you almost look forward to going to the dentist. Best dentist office in Elk Grove.
