I normally dont write reviews but this vet visit was so horrible...almost unbelievable! I take my dog because shes having complications with delivering her puppies. Initially I was quoted $39 for the visit then an additional $39 for an injection to induce labor. Finally, he urged me to pay $50 to pull the pup out because it was stuck in the birth canal. It was the worst experience and really shook me up. He was extremely rough and was mistreating my dog. He finally finished with the procedure and sticks my dog back in her cage. When he shuts the door to the cage, the cage and the dog fall hard on the floor. I was LIVID!! He didnt even apologize and had the audacity to tell me to come back for an X-ray....hmmmmm....dont think so! If anything, I will be reporting him to the better business bureau because the service was atrocious. If you decide to take your pet to this facility you will regret it! It was a bad experience from the moment I walked in. Doctor was rude but I gave him the benefit of the doubt....big mistake!

Talk about upsells. I feel the doctor is here just to make a quick buck off people who dont know enough about their animals. I brought my dog in for antibiotics and was told he would need 2 shots along with the antibiotic pills, I asked what the shots were and he replied its a sterile shot. In total he tried to charge me 128 for the pills and the shots. I ended up saying no I only want the pills and his attitude quickly changed. I ended up paying about 60 for the visit. All in all this guy doesnt care about your animals. He even had the balls to berate one of his employees in front of me for not filling something out (as it was my first time) My first and last time here. People like you give vets a bad name

Excellent Vet, caring and very knowledgeable. We brought our Yorki to Dr. Singh while he was closing friday night before Memorial weekend. We were not sure what happened to our pup, but she was paralyzed and lost respiratory drive while driving to his location. He acted quickly establishing an IV, getting oxygen, and drugs on board right away . We think she may have gotten bite by something, never the less he stabilized her condition so that we were able to get her to a 24 hour emergency pet hospital where she could be monitored over night. The fast actions by the Dr. Singh surely saved our beloved family pet. We highly recommend Chino Hills Parkway Pet Hospital. Thanks again!

I love Dr. Singh! Ive been bringing my Standard Poodle (Bear) to him since he was a puppy, almost 8 years ago. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. When Bear had eaten something poisonous, he met us at his clinic within 20 minutes and took care of Bear and he pulled through--it was almost midnight when we called him. He lives locally, here in Chino Hills, and I couldnt be happier with his services. Is he super emotional or fawning all over my dog? No, but thats not what I need in a vet. I need someone professional, intelligent, and knows what hes doing.

I have to add something to my review from last week. When I was at Chino Hills Parkway Pet Hospital last week I was told by Dr. Singh that it would be a minimum of $370 to neuter my dog not including medications and the shots that my dog needed. The total was going to be over $500! So I left!! I am Happy to say that I found a GREAT Veterinarian at Chino Veterinary Hospital in Chino. The total cost to get my dog neutered, all his shots, and his ears flushed was only $253! Take your pet there and you will be Extremely Happy!

Dr Singh and his staff have been taking care of our pets for the last few years. They do an outstanding job, they are kind and compassionate with our pets and are reasonably priced. I could not ask for anything more from them. When I take my dogs there I know in my heart that they are getting the best veterinary care possible. And just for the record, I had been previously been to another vet in Chino so I do have a good comparison in terms of service, cost and care.

I called today to get an appt for my dog. However, I could not go during the time they gave me. Before I could even ask for another time because I couldnt make the one they offered, they hung up on me! Just because I couldnt make the first time they gave me!! At least say goodbye or something. Very very rude staff. That alone will hinder me from walking through the front door!

I took my two cats in for a discount shot clinic. They upsold us on the kittens shots. Instead of $17 they charged us $66. My older cat they couldnt even give a rabies vaccine. They stated they needed anesthesia just to administer a shot to a 15 year old cat. Ill never return. They are incompetent thieves.

DR SINGH is the doctor on call, the back up doctor, the one who delivers the shots, removes stitches, he does it all. And when you go to others, its not the case....you never know whom youll get.
