I love Dr. Flores and the Foothill Animal Hospital team. I have taken my dogs Oscar and Maggie here for the past five years, and they have always treated me and my puppies like family. Both my puppies have had involved medical procedures and I have received prompt updates on their status throughout the day. They also call me over the next few days to inquire about their progress. And most importantly, the medical care they receive is top-notch. I once took Oscar to VCA across the street for emergency services because it was Sunday and Foothill Animal Hospital was closed. VCA was unable to determine the source of Oscars ailment, so they sent me home with pain medication. Dr. Flores not only called me the next day (Monday morning) before I called Foothill Animal Hospital (VCA had faxed the documents to Foothill Animal Hospital because Dr. Flores is Oscars primary care physician), but he could immediately tell Oscar had a hernia and Oscar was treated that day. Dr. Flores and his team will always be my first choice for veterinarian services. I can honestly not say enough good things about them.

Grooming w/Eileen is wonderful, I first spoke with her about both of my Akitas. Tobi my male had always been sedated by our previous groomer saying he was too much to handle and always wanting to shave him down. I explained to Eileen I didnt want him sedated unless she absolutely felt it was necessary but that I wanted him brushed out and not shave down. Eileen was wonderful!!!! Tobi was NOT sedated andwhen she walked out with him on a leash and no muzzle my jaw dropped to the floor. And the same happend with my sneaky Kuma. Now for my praises for Dr. Flores, I was worried about my Tobi since he 11 years old and showing difficulties walking. I thought it was arthritis but it was worse crack/chipped hip. Dr. Flores was sensative to my emotion and explained what course of action would/could be taken. I will continue to see Dr. Flores and Eileen and would encourage others to do the same. Im really grateful to you both.

Great prices, friendly staff.. highly recommended My puppy package was 200$... for ALL the shots, plus exams, covered over a year span. It was non refundable and oppurtunities have moved me to Colorado. Nonetheless, they paid out the difference with medication for flea protection, plus dog food, since I didnt get 200$ worth of services done. It meant alot to me to see they actually cared. Not to mention Dr. Flores and his wife are some of the nicest people Ive met in awhile!

I am so thankful that I found Dr. Flores. I have gone to him for everything from vaccinations to having to put a cat to sleep, and he and his whole staff are always so kind and caring. I am usually a basket case when Im worried about one of my dogs or cats, and they even take time to comfort me! Jackie and Eileen have are awesome, and the doctor makes follow up calls himself. The prices are fair. I cant recommend them enough.

I have had my oldest dog for 10 years, and i have never found a more genuine, respectful, and honest vet until i met these guys. Foothill Animal Hospital truely loves animals, and when i my moms dog super sick and throwing up they kept there doors open for us past their closing time. The staff are so nice, and my dogs love the doctor. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet and wants good care.

In September 2015 our dog,Kyla injured her front right leg, she had no feeling in it and was dragging it. Then she chewed on it and created a mess. We decided to amputate it. She was recovering, then got to active and ripped the stitches and had to be put under a second time. Through all of this Dr Flores and his staff went above and beyond; checking up, providing meds and kennel care at very reasonable cost.

took my dog in because she was having seizures . when we arrived we noticed she was bleeding.got in the waiting room and the doctor was in the room. he sarcastically asked why the dog was bleeding.then we got in the exam. room,he told us that the dog was very sick and told us what had to be done.he said that we should take the dog to another vet , that he was too busy and needed to close at 2 and go home.

Such a great place. My cat licked an open neon bracelet and started foaming from the mouth. I called and they gave me advice right over the phone. Then proceeded to aay they would do a checkup fornfree. They took him in immediately and didnt even charge me anything. Pease note this is for first time visits only. But you can tell they genuinely care about animals here.

I took my dog to get its stitchs removed during regular working hours and they were closed. all the sign;s read that they should be open but no one was there. no notice that they were closing earlier either. not to satified with service. Not reliable !

Theyve moved to 70 N Central Ave. Dr. Flores is great. He came into the clinic on a HOLIDAY when my dog was sick. He doesnt charge a ton of $$$ like other vets do. I would have had to pay much more if I had to go an emergency vet.

Dr. Flores and his aid were very nice. They were able to do same day surgery on my dog. They also called to check on her a few days out since they notice how nervous I was able the surgery.
