Called to schedule a grooming appointment three days ago and the girl I spoke to offered to get my puppys shot records from his vet. Showed up this morning to find out the records werent requested. I trusted everything was good to go. Im sure the vet service there is great, and Ive heard nothing but great reviews about the groomer, but they need to get more attentive, better customer service at the front. Do not tell customers youll take care of something and fail to follow through. Waste of time and now Im back to finding another groomer. So disappointed!!

Great veterinarians! We have had great service from all of the staff, including the two doctors at Crown Vet. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and had great followup. The prices have been fair, even though everything Coronado is usually a little pricey. Kudos to them for helping us over the years with our dogs.

The best! I am so glad I found this place. Dr Jarvis really helped my fiancees dog with her skin issues. Staff here is more knowledeable than the clinic I transfered from. They also have grooming and boarding which has saved us from driving off island. Great place!

The staff at this hospital have always been so helpful. Theyre funny, smart and always do their very best to make sure my kitty, Lulu, is happy and healthy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet! Theyre the best!!! :)

My dog loves it here, so I love it here. We walk by here everyday and my dog drags me towards the door. He knows thats where the good cookies are and the nice girls that always love on him. He has NO IDEA this an animal hospital.

I really disagree with the review below. The staff have never come off to me as lazy. They care about the pets and everytime i have been there i have had good service. They are very helpful and informative.

Lazy staff. They make you wait hours sometimes and when you first enter, if no one is at the counter, dont expect them for 20 minutes. They goof off and eat at the back.

Very unpleasant staff and constant up selling make this place a total disaster. It took me two years to realize some apples are just rotten.
