FOR EVERYONE THAT IS EXPERIENCING HAVING TO.GO FROM ONE PRIMARY TO ANOTHER, I HAVE TRIED 3 PRIMARIES IN THE LAST YEAR AND A HALF. ONE DOCTOR TOLD ME TO HURRY UP I CAN NOT SPEND ANY MORE TIME WITH YOU. SHE HAD GIVEN ME THE RUSH JOB IMMEDIATELY. THESE DAYS WITH APPOINTMENTS EVERY 10 TO 15 MINUTES WHY BOTHER. WELL---------LET ME TELL YOU ALL ABOUT DR. ADA DEL RIVERO-YAMUY AND STAFF. NUMBER 1 THE OFFICE STAFF ARE JUST GREAT, YOU ARE TREATED LIKE YOU ARE THE ONLY PATIENT THEY HAVE. . YOU ARE GREETED WITH A SMILE WHICH JUST SETS THE WHOLE PROGRAM. 2 THE NURSE THAT CHECKS YOU IN WAS JUST AS WONDERFUL. 3 THE NURSE THAT DRAWS THE BLOOD WAS DAM GOOD. I HAVE HAD TIMES WHEN THE NURSE TRIED AS MANY AS 3 TIMES T0 EVEN GET THE NEEDLE IN MY VEIN, SO I WAS IMPRESSED. THE DOCTOR IS A VERY CARING DOCTOR, SHE DOES NOT RUSH , SHE LISTENS AND ANSWERS QUESTIONS AND TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS AS THOUGH YOU ARE THE ONE AND ONLY PATIENT SHE HAS ALL DAY. I REALLY APPRECIATE HER. SO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE HER .

After my blood test, they didnt even call me to say it is ready. I just waited and waited and still no call. So I went in there 2 months after, to get my results. In addition, they didnt even call me to remind me to get my second round of shots for Hepb or even scheduled the appointment for that.. In addition, they wanted to charge me an administration fee for administrating the vaccine for me. Wtf?! I called my insurance and they said they shouldnt be charging me anything because the doctor wasnt counseling me .. Just giving me vaccines. If anyone can recommended a good doctor in the palms area, please message me! This has been my 5th doctor change :(

I THINK ADA DEL RIVERO YAMUY IS A GREAT DOC BUT THE STAFF ON THE OTHER HAND NEED TO PICK UP THE PACE THEY DONT SEND THE REFERRALS AT ALL AND YOU NEVER GET A FOLLOW UP CALL REMINDER I THINK IF YOU WANT A GOOD DOC THAT TAKES HER TIME , DOESNT RUSH YOU, IS COMPASSIONATE AND COMPETENT THEN SHE IS YOUR DOCTOR YOULL JUST HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU NEED BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE OFFICE OR KEEP ON TOP OF THINGS YOUR SELF LIKE ACTUALLY GOING IN INSTEAD OF CALLING NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CALLS BACK

I had a great visit with Dr. Rivero-Yamuy. It was my first time seeing her and the paperwork was simple and the wait was short. She went through everything with me thoroughly and was pleasant to talk to. I also enjoyed her office staff, everyone was very nice and worked well with me and together.
