An Exceptional Appointment My former doctor recently moved on to work at UCLA so I have needed to replace him for awhile. Finally a couple weeks back I popped into PlatinumCare to schedule a physical after my Pain Specialist in the same building gave me a requested referral. The receptionists at the front were very helpful and quickly set me up for an appointment the following week and sent me home with a new patient packet to fill out. Fast Forward to the Appointment. When I walked through the door Triniece immediately gave me a warm welcome by name and expediently checked me in. The receptionists as a whole were very attentive and remembered me from the prior week which is pretty amazing. Props to all three Linda, Ruby and especially Triniece! Within a few minutes I was called back to a room and immediately Nurse Practitioner Dina Fazon introduced herself, went through the basics and began taking my medical history which is rather extensive. She was incredibly thorough and upon completion I was shuffled down the hall for blood-work and was given a perfect pain free poke. One of the best Ive ever receive and since Ive a chronic condition Ive certainly had more than my fair share. After the blood draw I was introduced to Dr. Aggerwal who reviewed my results, and went over some details with me regarding my family history. He really took his time and I felt he really valued me as a patient and not just a number he has to get through to meet any type of quota. They had their heart guy in the clinic and asked if I would like to take advantage and see him today. (It was really neat to see my heart beating when they were looking at heart function.) Being able to get this all taken care of in one appointment was awesome. I am used to having the blood work and any extra tests requiring additional appointments or referrals to other locations, it was certainly nice to knock everything out all at once. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new doctor to check out PlatinumCare,

Most of the time I am hesitant to go to doctors, I become very anxious and my blood pressure tends to rise - when I entered the sanctuary of PlatinumCare, I experienced a different sensation. From the moment I entered the inviting waiting room and interacted with the warm front office staff to sitting in a cozy room with a non-intrusive TV and hot chocolate to boot, I felt more and more calm. Got a little nervous again when i got called in for my check-in, but, when I met the lovely medical assistant, my nerves again became calm. The doctor was so nice, she took the time to ease my fears, hear my concerns and offer me a great plan to move forward. If you are looking for a sanctuary of health, go the Platinum and you will not be disappointed.

Sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hrs to be seen by a physician (with other patients waiting for about as long). Told repeatedly, itll just be a few more minutes. The only patient who was seen in a somewhat timely manner with a family member who came in and told the receptionist that she had an appointment of her own to get to so needed to know how late they were running Today.

Great group here from Dr. Aggarwal to the nurses Linda, Ruby, and Diah to the receptionist Triniece. Very kind, respectful and courteous and the tests he ordered were rational and derived from the information I gave during the discussions. No excess exams, no hassle and above all short waiting time. I feel lucky Im getting this kind of care.

These people do not care care if you have zero income and are unable to work do to being physically disabled and no employer will hire me. They even know that I am handicapped it is in their medial history report. They refuse to give me any charity, and prefer to ruin my credit. They are heartless GREEDY, GREEDY, DOCTORS...
