We love Dr. Ziegner. In fact, I consider her to be an answer to a prayer. Dr. Ziegner has been treating my 9-year-old son for almost two years now. I am very discerning when it comes to doctors, and I have been burned before. His is a complex case, involving asthma, allergies, and an immune system deficiency. Her care is always impeccably thorough. Her experience, knowledge and genuine compassion for my son, myself and my family have made her our "rock" in navigating through his health care issues. Dr. Ziegner recently went above and beyond during my sons recent hospitalization, acting as an advocate for us to get the treatment plan we needed. I thought Dr. Z was great for the first 3 years my family and I went to her. We had a very good relationship until my sons asthma took a turn for the worst and had a flare up. She decided to drop him as a patient without warning or good reason. I am very dissappointed. She is great at treating allergies but dont go to her to treat asthma. She just lost 4 good patients.
