Simply horrific. They sold me on a "wellness" plan a year and a half ago on a rescue pet i was not sure of keeping. The sales lady said "dont worry, u can always transfer the plan to another cat". I also asked her if I had to make a deposit to renew the plan after a year and she said "no, you can choose to keep making your payments month to month or simply stop paying. When the year was up last July, i asked to cancel it via phone so I stopped making my payments. In September the same cat became ill and i took her to Banfield to inquire if I could make a one time payment and they could treat my animal. She said "yes, you can pay the past 2 months to treat her today". I told her i DID NOT want to keep the plan because i was probably not going to be keeping the cat. She said "if your year is up then you just pay month to month". Today, I called to see if i could renew the plan or had to sign up all over again, and the girl on the phone said i had a large past due balance. I spoke to "billing/financial" and they said that they DO NOT have a month to month, that AFTER the initial year is over, if i chose to use their services i HAVE to commit to another year! I explained to him that was not the information i was provided with, that i didnt even want to commit to one year but since the associate said i could transfer it to another cat, i agreed to it. The rep told me their plans are NOT TRANSFERABLE!!! Now Im completely infuriated because thats 2 for 2 on huge misrepresentations that are costing me a huge chunk of change. The financial rep said in September i could have chosen to either pay out of pocket for services rendered OR commit to a whole new year in order to use the plan. These 2 clear cut choices were NOT given to me by the associates at Banfield Pet Hospital in Downey. They are located inside of Petsmart, but unless this gets resolved I will no longer be a Petmart client. All future pet products shall be purchased elsewhere.

Pésimo servicio. Se olvidan de llamarte para cancelar una cita que programaste hace una semana. No tienen buena actitud las personas que te atienden. No vale la pena pagar un seguro mensual cuando no se te brinda el servicio que cobran.
