What can I say that has not been said before. VCA in Alhambra my Vet is Dr. Kaplan I love him how he treats my little Cat he explains all he is doing. The staff are absolutely precious I wish I could do something nice for them.The technicians who take me to the exam room, they are kind respectful towards me. I tell them to call me Donna and it makes them feel special when I see that smile. Dr. Kaplans Medical Assistants come in and tell me what will be done I signed my name. Frankly I do not care about the cost. It is not the money anymore. I see a group of Tender Loving Care People who genuinely love our pets. When you are respectful to the front office staff be sincere towards those young ladies and in return what I get is the best feeling. I am trying to get to know the whole staff by name. The hours that they work are long days. When you walk in the office that is so warm & inviting, you see your pets name on the board and in the exam room. No one has never, ever done that for me or for my pet especially, when they are sick and we are scared and nervous ourselves.This office can tell how I am feeling. I told them I need to go back home to San Jose to pack up my stuff and I will be back, Plus, i am taking my fur baby with me. I will take food and any meds to make her trip less stressful. I love this place and I will never leave them. Wait until I see my former vet. He needs to warm up his practice a bit. He has some really grumpy girls who will not acknowledge you. That has to change. Before I leave I will be taking my baby in for blood work and an check up just to make sure she is well enough. I asked if I need advice may I call them? Of course you can. I had tears in my eyes oh how I wish I had VCA when I had my other precious baby. She might still be alive today. VCA Alhambra is just one of many in Los Angeles. Not sure how they are but, I hit the jackpot. Seriously, if you want a outstanding Vet Call VCA Alhambra, you will not be sorry. I did mention that one day as I waited to be called back, this man with a huge beautiful dog, The paperwork for new patients is small yes they ask for your date of birth and this man was rude saying he would not put his DOB down.That young lady kept her cool and all I could do I just give her a smile that she did a great job. I am not a Number to them. They know me and my cat Pupa (which means in Italian) Doll! If I could rate this entire group of absolutely beautiful loving people a 10 well again in my book they are all rated a 10.

This place is so great. I was a walk and I did not have to wait long. My puppy got sick and the stuff was very friendly and understanding. The place is best if you are willing to pay for your dogs health. Overall great experience.

I feel super comfortable bringing my pet here. If you chose to bring your pet here look into the pet care. Its cheaper to get on it. The staff are really nice.
