When visiting this office after being hospitalized for 4 days the staff were very rude and the doctor didnt take the time to listen to what was going on just went straight to prescribing 4 different types of medications even though I made it clear that I did not want to be medicated. When asking what the medication was for they used medical terms that did not help me understand at all. Meanwhile a child was screaming at the top of their lungs on the other side of the wall. Never dealing with anxiety / panic attacks i was completely freaking out with the symptoms I was facing and the doctor didnt explain what was going on but went straight to prescribe medication and state disability. When getting blood work done it took 3 calls and over 2 months to retrieve the results. Honestly amazed at how unprofessional / rude the staff / nurses are at this office. Its a shame because the office is only 2 blocks from my house and I really was hoping I could stay with Dr, Carnegie long term. Since then I have reassigned my provider to another practice.

So far so good I changed from a Downey doctor that was great but the staff was the WORSE with the exeption of one person. My first visit with Dr. Carnegie was a GREAT experience with her assistant Ms. Neponuseno, she listened very carefully to all my concerns. I felt great in their hands. So far the staff is good and have not had an issue with them being rude. I believe that if reviews show that the staff is rude the doctor should take the time to speak to them. Staff and doctors need to understand that we patients are already apprehensive going to doctors appointments, and we definetly DO NOT need the staff to be rude to add to the anxiety that we already have.

She is truly the only Dr Ive had who shows not only compassion,care and is concerned about her patients. They work with you not against you as it seems is the quota of most other medical professionals that Ive had the so called pleasure of meeting, you would say. Ive meet many across this country. You can tell she is a good doctor because you have to wait to see her. Better to schedule an appt in the morning, as later day appts take longer to be seen by her. Luckily she has doctors assistants to see you if it is urgent but not an emergency. I have been able to get same day appointments. The offices are clean and comfortable and I would recommend her to anyone.

The nurse practitioner is very helpful and addresses all my concerns. The only issue I have with this office is that they never call you or update you in your test results. You have to call and when you call your left on hold for long periods of time. Ive had a bad experience more then once in this regard.

Nurses are not professional the Dr. (Dr. Carnegie) is not professional either instead of someone getting better they only get worse she is so rude and the Drs that work for her dont know what they are doing!! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE OR THIS WANA BE DOCTOR (Dr. Carnegie) WORST DR. AND NURSES!!

Dr. Carnegie is a fabulous Doctor, Not to many Drs take the time to really listen to you anymore. Its in and out your done. Not this Dr, She cares about hearing and answering your question. Her staff are nice and helpful. I like her, She will be my Dr as long as she practices.

Been going to Dr. Carnegue for over 12 yrs . I love her and love her staff . Always able to work out last minute appts. When she is not available she alwas has Dr Assistants who are always great . I would recommend Dr. Carnegie anytime .
