Dr. Dehdari is without a doubt very competent. However, where this practice truly goes to the gutter is in their customer service. The receptionist is super rude to begin with and so are some of the dental hygienists. It is common practice to be told of the costs of any procedure up-front before youve had it - dental or medical. In this office not a chance. Ive had two incidents of being called in for a cleaning and having to pay for it because my annual cleaning limit had been reached. On both occasions when I called in to enquire I was very rudely told to keep track of all my dental procedures on my own, and not to expect the dental office to tell me what I will be billed for. I am moving away from this practice after 6 years because of this.

Dr. Dehdari is a delight. She is straightforward and gentle, and communicates clearly on what she finds and what the options for treatment are. My entire family, kids and adults, have been going to her practice for over eight years. She loves what she does, and cares about us as people.
