Fly by night operation. I made an orthodontist appointment over the phone, showed up and found out there wasnt even a orthodontist there that day. They were trying to get me into a general practioner, which isnt what I want. The receptionist went through a whole slew of practice numbers and dentists with my insurance agent which felt really sketchy. When I went it was called the Oakland smile center.

Horrible sevice! Went to my appointments and supposedly everything was paid buy my Dental Coverage. Now Im getting a big bill. For over 2 years Ive been taking my kids and this year they decided to tell me that my kids have 4 us cavities that have been there for years and they need root canals.
