I have being to the fremont and san jose office both , this place is run like a factory they take your money sell u stuff u dont need , they were trying to get me to pay for medicine and buy medicine for deep cleaning i declined ,my wife had fillings done the dentist sha put in filling that was uneven to the bite she went back to correct it and a year later the filling came out , i had a few fillings done and mine came out out within two years . They wanted to work on my daughter i refuse .All panus offices are there to sell u work and even stuff that u dont need they there to keep billing insurance and take money through unneccessary work and are a scam . I went abroad never doing work here , i figured when i go on vacation i have work done in korea their technology is good too lots of us military men get work done there , or you can goggle molar city in across from yuma arizona place called algodones and work done at a fraction of the price most canadian and new yorkers go there a lot of snowbirds as well retirees and others , thailand is another place u can get good work done . Dentists like panu , has made me look into other alternatives and places besides here . Panu is a scam and needs to be investigated We dread going to dentist but when they do half ass work or deliberatly where they know u will come back and they can bill insurance on the same work after a period of time is a no no for me , who likes going to dentists over and over for unneccesay work and the actual work u need is not done right ....no one

Pannu Dental (Fremont) worked out very good for us. Listing some of our experiences - Dentists/Doctors - Multiple doctors to choose from. They all are very friends and will work with you. - Admin staff - They are excellent to work with. They will send reminders, work with your schedule, answer all your questions about insurance. This makes the experience valuable. - Waiting - We rarely had to wait longer that we should. - Dental Checks/Cleanup/Fillings etc.. - We got all these done here. Had a great experience. Would go here any time and recommend others too. If you don’t already have a dentist you go to our are looking for one please check out this place. Most likely you will like it. This is especially valuable for people with tight schedule. Coordination and the process really helps you.

it seems like quantity is more important than quality in dr. pannus office, dr. pannu is never there. he had all these other drs. who see the pts. even u request to see dr. pannu, u wont see him. if u r not careful, they charge u for the service wasnt even done. the staff is rude, when u call for app. what ever u ask app. for. they ended up doing some thing else. its like they dont care what pt. is asking, all they care is what procedure will get them the most money. dr. never explained anything to the pts.. the worst deep cleaning i have ever seen in this office. and routine cleaning is worse than a childs brushing technique and when i ask the technician why the stain on my teeth is not cleaned, he cleaned with attitude and and said thats the best he can do. will never go back.

Used be embarrassed to smile, or due things going on in life ... Didnt or couldnt smile. This is the man that helped me smile -- Dr. Pannu. Of my life story of leaps of faith, he took 1 on me. By all means I should have been wearing braces to straighten my teeth, told him that I dont want metal in my mouth given Im a martial artist and the fear of cutting things up or hassles. He said well give Invisalign a shot. Symbolically, it seems small, however in the grander scheme of life.... the psychological benefits of a smile are priceless .... Quick shout out to @oneworldjiujitsu too :-)

My experience at the Fremont office was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel very comfortable like at home. At the front desk Neli and Angelcia are extremely helpful and explained everything to me. They always stayed in touch with me and follow on my next appointment Dr. Shah is very experienced an amazing doctor; she calmed my nerves and made sure that throughout the procedure I was doing OK. I have had two crowns installed and the quality of the work and labs are just superb. I would love to recommend her to all my friends.

The service is horrible there. every time you go there you will be seen by a new contract "doctor" who only stays there for a few weeks or less. most of these so called "doctors" are not even licensed. last time I was there for cleaning, waited about 45 minutes, and then she(a new doctor again) spent less than 5 minutes on my teeth. Dr. Pannu is ok but he hardly works there, he basically manages the office and assigns patients to one of these temps that work for him. I will never go back there again. Nuff Said!

Dr.Pannu and his staff are very friendly and based on my experiences, very knowledgeable plus they have many state of the art devices to make their work go faster and be of higher quality. I needed to replace a molar crown bridge which had deteriorated with an implant bridge. That is an expensive project but Dr.Pannu worked with me to find ways to reduce the cost while obtaining satisfactory results. I highly recommend their service. Retired in Fremont.

I was nervous coming in into a new dental office after being with my prior dentist for 16 years. By the second visit I felt confident and at ease with their services, efficiency and charismatic personnel. I started with an unexpected root canal experience and things have worked out smoothly and I am please to say I am feeling good. Pannu Dental Care is an excellent provider and I would highly recommended.

This doctor cannot fix my teeth problem. I visited another dentist, who was amazed by the workship of Dr Pannus work. Lucky for me: my new dentist fixed my problem. You should also notice this office does lots of advertisement, e.g, pennysaver, which costs lots of money. Nobody pays the ads except by the patients who go there. Dr Pannu will not pay a penny.

the dentist is a cheat...he does everything to get money...we got fillings done and it wasnt done well...we had insurance but he charged us more...we even went to the extent of telling him we will complain to the insurance services and then he tamed down and said that he will give us a concession. He sweet talks people just to get his money.

Dishonest dentist. They lie and scheme to take your money. They say that deposits can be used toward treatments, but refuse to honour their commitment. The "doctor" treats all people who ask questions with disrespect and rush them out of the office. Never go to them. They are amatures at best. Go to another office. Skip this clinic.

I had to have a root canal for a very infected tooth and Dr. Liu did a great job all the way through the process and helped me be more at ease in a anxious situation. Dr. Pannu is caring and wants to make sure you are out of pain & healthy after having procedures with him or his associates.
