Over the weekend I lost some old filling from an upper molar. I called Dr. Jins office on Monday and luckily I was able to get in the same day. It was my first experience with them to have anything done other than a routine cleaning and exam. The routine appointments have been awesome. But the true test is having to be numbed and drilled on. OMG! As Dr. Jin was working in my mouth I was laying there reflecting on the years of dental work that I’ve had and asking myself “Why didn’t I come to her sooner?!?!” She handled my filling like a champ! And kept me informed as to what she was doing while in the process. I’ve had a lot of dental work in my day so trust me, I know what I’m talking about when I say that she does excellent work. She was very delicate and quick. It was unbelievable at how she did it all so effortlessly. And it didn’t even hurt or bother me one bit! And as I was about to complete this entry someone from her office called me this morning to see how I was doing. You can’t get better customer service than that! The entire staff is remarkable! Kudos Dr. Jin!

I am a senior, and Dr. Jin has been nothing but a great dentist and person over the past 8+ years. Being older, Ive had my fair share of dental challenges. She recently pulled a wisdom tooth and referred me to Dr. Jimmy Choi, a periodontist, to have another tooth extracted and a bone graft done in preparation for an implant. She gave me other options of course, but I wanted the most natural option with the least amount of maintenance. I believe shes always done everything she could to make sure I am the top priority, from giving me multiple options to referring me to specialists. Ive been to far too many general dentists that say they can do a specialists procedure, who are only trying to line their pocketbooks and dont have the necessary training or experience. In the end, Ive often ended up having to get it fixed by a specialist later, which just costs more money. Dr. Jin even gave me a seniors discount! I highly recommend her.

A few years ago I had some bad dental work done and as a result needed two root canals. Ive been afraid to go to the dentist ever since. It had been two years since my last dental cleaning and I desperately needed to go in for a check-up. A friend referred me to Dr. Jin and told me not to worry that I would be in good hands. Well he was right… Dr. Jin made me feel at ease right away. She was really good about explaining things to me and didnt make me feel bad because I hadnt been in so long. I was also impressed with Dr. Jins office. She has state of the art equipment and a very friendly staff. I highly recommend Dr. Jin to anyone looking for a new dentist.‎

Dr. Jin has been my dentist for the last 10 years. She is great and her staff is wonderful. They are always very courteous. Dr. Jins office is immaculate and she uses all the latest, safest technology such as digital x-ray which minimizes my exposure to dangerous radiation. She and her staff always make professional, insightful recommendations regarding taking better care of teeth and gums but in a low-pressure, non-pushy way. Ive never felt that they were trying to "sell" me on extra services. I would highly recommend and have recommended Dr. Jin to anyone in the SF Bay Area.

I have deeply engrained memories of my dentist when I was a child and a teenager. It was always a dreaded experience of a lot scraping and spitting. I went to Dr. Jin recently for a cleaning and my experience with her put a lot of those old fears to rest. I was impressed with how modern her equipment looked as it went far beyond the metal scraper and swirly spit sink of my fomer dentists. Also, Dr. Jin spent an ample amount of time with me and the appointment did not feel rushed. Im pretty excited that I was able to find a new dentist that I can trust.

Dr. Jin has been my family dentist for several years. Visiting any doctors office gives me a lot of stress, even just to clean my teeth. But amazingly, I see Dr. Jin twice a year. She and her hygienist always give me gentle dental treatments with their professional skills, so I can relax during the treatments. Also they always show up on time for my appointments. Dr. Jin has a clean and comfortable office atmosphere, and her staff are very friendly. Overall, I am very satisfied with Dr. Jin’s services. Thank you Dr. Jin.

Honestly, who looks forward to going to the dentist? Well, I think that line has been blurred, at least in this reviewers eyes. Ive been going to Dr. Jin for about a year now, and I sort of look forward to going. Everything about it is just so easy, and I leave feeling better somehow. I dont know if its because my teeth feel so clean, its the least painful dental experience Ive ever had, Dr. Jins personality, or the low stress environment, but theyve got some weird voodoo thing going on there that puts me at ease.

Ive had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Jin for almost 8 years and have found her to be of the highest integrity with the greatest degree of sophistication in the dental industry. Her philosophy is "better physical health thru superior dental hygiene". Dr. Jin saved me in a big way. Im a consultant and have been staffed in San Ramon at Bishop Ranch for the past few months. One day my crown just fell out and left me in a lot of pain! My client recommended Dr. Jin, so I called her office. She saw me right away and took great care of me. She even called me the next day to see if I was feeling OK. Now, thats service!

Dr. Jin goes a long way towards erasing the urban legend of painful dentist visits. She not only did a great job with our kids, but watching them even convinced me to get a long-procrastinated cleaning and checkup! Dr. Jin does a great job of explaining as she cleans, and I am thrilled that our family now has a reliable dentist.

Dr Jin did a fantastic job whitening my very yellowing teeth just prior to my wedding day. I dont think my teeth have ever been that white (nor since, I am sorry to say). She and her staff were very attentive during the entire process, letting me know each step of the way what they were doing and why.

Dr. Carol Jin received her degree from UCSF - one of the highest ranked dentistry programs in the nation. She is intelligent, hardworking, has wonderfully warm bedside manners, and is dedicated and devoted to her patients. Her patients needs always come first. I highly recommend Dr Carol Jin!
