I have been seeing Dentist Ruchi Gupta for last 6-7 years now, i pretty much rely on her for all my dental needs. Big thing i like is that i get a very honest and sincere advise for everything. She is someone you can trust. Her work is very professional, and she would explain all the procedures very patiently. She is generally flexible with appointments. She recently opened a new clinic Willow Family Dental in Pleasanton and new Office is really nice and fitted with latest equipment. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a dentist..

Dr Gupta is my dentist for last 6 years and I never got the need to look for any other place. They are very professional and know what they are doing. The support staff is friendly and polite. I was satisfied with the work done and will refer them to all my friends and relatives. They always explain the full procedure in detail. Dr Gupta just started the new facility in Pleasanton. This facility has all the latest technology and for the first time I could see the whole procedure on the monitor right from the dental chair. Good luck Dr Gupta

Dr. Ruchi is a great dentist who listens to your needs, explains procedures thoroughly, and comes across as genuinely caring about your oral care. The facility is just great. Clean office, modern equipment, comfortable setting, quick, easy, affordable and overall, great service and a great experience. The staff is very friendly and my son really enjoyed the massage chair and the ability to watch a moving during his cleaning. I am actually looking forward for my next appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Ruchi.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta for 5+ years, she is polite, warm and does an incredible job. Always explains the procedures patiently, I never feel rushed. She just moved into her brand new facility and I must say it deserves 5 plus star rating. All the latest technology, for the first time I could see the visuals right from my dentist chair. Staff is polite and nice. Clinic has very warm and appealing ambience. I highly recommend Willow Family Dental.
