Will never take my animals here ever. They promote one price and when you get the final bill its way more. I have paid 30 dollars with pet exam with my old vet whos retired now thats why i went to them for shots cause the soliceted low cost shots for pets on facebook and said 14 dollars per shot and around 20 dollars for deworming with them 88 dollars and thats on the low vaccine clinic day they get you with extras added to the cost. They are rude when you let them know you are not happy with services. Oh and when you decide you dont want to do the fecal test for your puppy after all and want the refund instead thats good for 24 hours good luck tracking down the Dr for that he wont call you back is what the receptionist said with an attitude so you have to keep coming back till you can catch him and waste your lunch break instead of him being aware of the problem and leaving the money at the front desk or mailing back the refund.I suggest not wasting your time and money here unless you like to get ripped off. If you want to make this right you know our address send us our refund back and let people know what they are going to be paying for before you hit them with an outstanding bill and quit soliciting false prices.

I took my cat here for their advertised $10 neuter special, The first bill I was showed came out to just under $200, after declining blood work and the cone of shame i was able to get the price down to $125. The Neuter was $10; but they had plenty of extra costs. Granted, a large chunk of the $125 was expenses I was planning on, FIV test, shots, so it didnt break my bank. If I already had his shots, and his testing the cost would have come out to $51.50; the Valley Animal center charges $40 for their neuter, H.O.P.E charges $35. Great special, eh? All in all, I would have paid at least $30-40 less for everything, elsewhere. I find it unethical that they didnt give full disclosure on the advertisement. I suggested this special to friends who were severely limited income wise I had assumed that the special was aimed to help reduce over population; but I suspect it was simply to get people in the door.

We took our 12 year old doggie in for a fox tail in her eye and the Doctor was very kind and compassionate in removing it and with the antibiotic shot and eye salve she was so much better quickly - even after vaccinating her with everything under the sun... She is happy and so are we...we live right around the corner and will take our other pets as well. They were great at quoting the prices for shots and the procedure so no confusion

The so called vet is rude & a liar tested my sick puppy for parvo told me he didnt have parvo when she did . charged me a bunch of money for other stuff which had nothing to do with my dog.then refused to see my dog again. I took my dog to anothet vet they retested my dog & my dog had parvo. My puppy sufferd then died.wish i went somewhere else first.might still have my puppy. Never again! Parvo or no parvo that vet. Dirty !

I have taken all of my pets here for the last 10 years. The Vet and staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and genuine. They have always explained everything thoroughly and walked me through any and all procedures. I will continue to trust them with my dogs health and recommend them to anyone who ask. Terrible service, quoted one price on phone then after starting proceedure on paperwork final price was $100.00 more plus price. Quoted. Then lost pet paw prints, and didnt keep copy in office! Very. Unprofessional! Will never go back. In future.

They took very good care of my Bull Mastiff. They held her hugged her and she ate up every bit of it. Everyone in the office was very friendly. In my opinion their prices were very reasonable.

Liars. Tell you one price on phone but another when you are there. Charge for unnecessary procedures. I wish I could get these crooks zero stars. TOTALLY RIP OFF
