Do not take your pet here if it is an emergency. Went in today around 4pm for our 9 week old puppy who was having what I thought was constipation issues. And the receptionist wouldnt even let my puppy be seen. Online it showed an open slot at 4:30 and 4:45. But according to the worker they didnt have time. It was not busy at all and BOTH employees were on their phones when I walked in. Asked if they knew another place to take our puppy for help and they were clueless. Ended up going to the Pet Emergency off 5th Ave and Walnut and found out our pup swallowed a fish hook and her rectum was prolapsing. Thank god Dr. O Maley was able to help us right away!! Glad the Pet Emergency helped us and I will continue my business with them instead!
