She has been my go-to vet since I was a kid. Shes great with animals, and is no-nonsense. Although I dont have any pets of my own at the moment, I often foster stray kittens until theyre old enough to place in homes, as well as trapping/spaying/releasing the mothers. I would never consider taking them anywhere else. Their prices are beyond competitive. Shes quick to resolve their health issues without trying to suck every extra penny out of you. I tried another vet in the area that is much closer to home, and they insisted on running a $70 to confirm ear mites when there was obviously a gnarly infestation, were pushing tests for their eye infections, wanted to keep one for overnight observation for constipation. I switched back to Michelle immediately. She took one look, cleaned out the ears and treated it. A few questions and she knew how to treat the eye infections. She advised me on treating the constipation without an overnight stay. Now every kitten is happy and healthy in their new homes, and I didnt have to sell my kidney on the black market to pay for them. i highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a veterinarian. Well worth the drive to Gleed, she will treat you right. :)

VERY disappointed in this clinic. Its difficult enough to get an appointment for a dog and when both our dogs had emergencies, they couldnt fit them in. We had to take the first dog to a different vet for the emergency and it had to be put down right away :-( so we returned her unopened medication to Maple Way. They offered a refund or credit. We accepted the credit to our account thinking we would have the second dog in for checkup soon. Instead, the second dog had an emergency and, again, they couldnt fit her in so we had to take her to a different vet for emergency surgery. We have requested a refund of our credit several times because we are NOT going back there, but they refuse to give a credit and refuse to answer our calls. Very unprofessional! We do NOT recommend Maple Way Vet Clinic, Yakima.

I have been using Michelle for all of my animal needs since 1996. I have always been pleased with the service and the results. We have brought our horse, dog, cat, and goat problems to Michelle and she has always been very knowledgable and prepared to handle them all. She has always been very reasonable with her prices and I often feel she did not charge enough. I have never had an unreasonable wait time for her, but I also understand that a veterinary clinic is a medical practice where emergencies happen and I do not have a problem letting someone elses pet be saved before mine gets a vaccination. Over all I am very happy with the service I have recieved for all these years and am very thankful for Michelle keeping her practice here and providing quality veterinary care.

Love Dr. Michelle and the staff. Ive taken my cat and dogs to her and shes very good at diagnosing problems. She also gave early care (dewclaw removal and tail docking) to 2 litters of puppies, including one who contracted Parvo. The staff was wonderful when we had to put our 15 year old cat down and then our 8 year old Brittney with cancer. Re: the cancer - Michelle was upfront about the prognosis and didnt try to push expensive treatments. In general her costs are very reasonable. Ive had dogs need to stay over a few days and the total cost of treatment was less that $100.

Ive been using this vet for the past couple of years. Both for my own cat and my mothers pets. They are absolutely wonderful. The wait is never very long, and for simple procedures they charge a very modest fee (especially when compared to other vet clinics. 100$+ to have our cat fixed at other offices while they only charged us in the neighborhood of 60$). I would absolutely suggest them to anyone. We had to put our lab down about 3 months ago and they were very professional and sympathetic. Wonderful people and primary doctor. 100% 5 stars.

My family has 4 dogs that go here and have been for 10+ years. Honestly, the only reason I continue to take them here is out Of convenience and the hassle of switching. The doctor has been rude in the past and I have NEVER waited less than 20 minutes for my appointment. In fact, I am currently waiting for an appointment that is now 30 minutes late and they have put 2 dogs before us. This is the last straw and I will be switching vets.

Weve been going to Michelle for over 20 years. Shes great! I like her no nonsense approach with the care of our beloved pets. We had our first cat for 18 years and our dog for 16. We just adopted a 4 month old cat from the Humane Society so well be going again. soon.
