Been taking my hairless cat, Olive, there for about a month. Every girl working just adores her. Hayes is very informative and wants whatever is best. My cat has had three procedures of pulling out teeth. The first one was done at a different clinic. When I got olive back, she had scrapes and scratches all over her face. She was extremely drousy and exhausted. She slept on me for the rest of the night and hid all day the next day. When she first came to Terrace Heights, she was welcomed with open arms. After her second procedure, done here, she was vibrant and extremely hyper! Third procedure was done 3 days ago, shes currently in her heated bed being a spaz. I LOVE the amazing work this clinic has to offer. Theyre just absolutely amazing and I trust them all with my precious Olive!!

We have 3 cats, two of them are young demon spawn, the third is an old, old, cranky man with diabetes. We bring all three here and though the bills start to add up, Ive learned to love the place. The crew are fantastic and caring. You can tell they really care about your pets and they really want to help make a difference in your pets lives. The tech is compassionate and skilled and Dr. Hayes does a more than thorough job in assessing whats going on whether its treating diabetes or dealing with an ear infection hes great as our "go to" vet. I have never had any concerns with our cats; I cant recommend them enough.

Ive heard that some people have complained about how expensive Terrace Heights Family Pet Clinic. I dont know how they compare to other veterinary clinics in price, but I know they excel in customer service and their care of animals. The first time we visited the clinic, one of the staff members got down on the floor and talked to my anxious dog. I knew then that they were the veterinary clinic for me. Plus, theyve taken in and raised an abandoned kitten which has become the clinic cat. My dog really likes him and looks for the cat every time we visit which really cuts down on her anxiety.

Jack is a very panicky cockapoo who doesnt do well in certain situations. At Family Pet Clinic he calms down; thanks to all the skilled, kind people who handle him. I LOVE Family Pet Clinic, the Vets, the techs and assistants and all of the office staff!! Two thumbs up to ALL :) !! :)

Saved my Doberman pup from Provo,, Dr. Is the real thing he actually cares about his patients and does everything with in his power to help, been going there for years, Ive never met anyone better. Thank you Doc. for saving my puppy!

Ive been going to family pet clinic for 14 years. I have been very happy with all of the vets that I have seen. From talking to other people I believe there prices are very reasonable! No pressure on having tests done.

great place for pets to come, they are friendly and kind to animals. Im new to the clinic but will be back!!! Doctor Trask is great got down on the floor with the dog while treating him!

They are not very good with dogs that has people problems and dont even have the Time to get to know your pet so negative
