Regretfully, I must write a review of the office staff for both the Reno and Sparks locations as they are the same staff for both locations. The review is not intended to put a negative light on Dr. Morgan. He is wonderful. However, if the staff doesnt dramatically improve their customer service skills; their ability to take and relay a message correctly; their understanding of how their lack of skills directly affects the health and well-being of the animals; and, how if this is not corrected, then the overall care and service for my pet is compromised and I must find a more professional Veterinary Clinic to entrust the care of my dogs to. As a direct result of the woefully inadequately trained/skilled front office staff, my dog has missed several doses of critical medication. This caused fluid to build up in his abdomen resulting in painful and costly procedures he must endure to drain the fluid. I caution everyone using this clinic to write down the name, date, time, message and constantly follow up with staff until your request(s) have been completed. Or, just look for competent service elsewhere!

These guys were so accommodating and welcoming of my dog at the last minute. They took him for daycare while I ran some errands. Friendly faces and a great experience. I would highly recommend!
