I am not usually a "review writer", probably because I am on the computer all day and am not interested in typing more than I have to...but this clinic is super great. I find that I get the best personal care here for my little 12-year old Yorkie. Having a super small dog who is dealing with aging issues can be difficult and stressful. At Vet Care Pet Clinic, we get great care, personal attention, and it is not the most expensive either. I know, it is not cheap, but it is less expensive than the last 3 clinics I have been to...and those clinics did not give me personal attention. I like this clinics staff better, and I feel like my dog gets personal care that makes him feel the best he can in these circumstances. We just had a deep cleaning for his teeth and they found a tumor. We had to have it removed under anesthesia and he had to stay there all day. Usually, I get really stressed out during these types of visits because I know he would most probably be all by himself in a cage somewhere. At this clinic, it is small enough that I know he is in an area with staff around him constantly, and I know they check on him often. The staff tell me how he acted and really make me feel like they watched him super carefully. I appreciate the care he gets here, AND the office manager is always nice and takes her time to explain billing or help me with my insurance claims (yes, my dog has insurance!). We brought our cat in to Vet Care Pet Clinic after he had been bitten in the neck by another animal. His neck and head were swollen and he looked really bad. Dr. Choi and his team saved his life. After a few days at the vet, we brought him home. But after a week our cat was still not healing. Dr. Choi said that we should take him to a specialist and that he probably needed surgery but that it would probably cost a couple of thousand dollars. Well our cat is 17 years old so we told him that we would just take him home and he will last for as long as he lasts. The next day Dr. Choi called us and told us that he had been thinking about our cat and that he would like us to bring him in to the vet to stay for a few days (for free!) so they could keep his wound clean and try to help heal him with antibiotics. Well they kept our cat for two weeks and he got better! They saved his life! Dr Choi and everyone at Vet Care Pet Clinic are fantastic. I have never been to a more caring, genuine, and honest veterinarian hospital. I highly recommend Vet Care Pet Clinic, and we will never take our pets anywhere else.

They have pet clinics throughout the county on Saturdays usually at City Halls. Reasonable prices you just save a few dollars and of course dont have to pay for office visit just beware of two things. They use one vet which is very eccentric and refuses to give cats a vaccine and test them for leukemia and Leukemia vaccine on same visit. she claims that puts a lot of stress on the animals although the management claims they do all that at the actual facility. By the time you learn this you have already paid and are being told to return in a month or go to another clinic in a few weeks to have the vaccine and Leukemia test done. The supervisor Debbie is very high strung. She will tell you she is giving you her cell number, which is actually the office number. Then when you call her , she tells you they cannot refund leukemia test and then does and becomes rather rude.

I have been taking my pets here for quite some time. The staff and veterinarian here are so helpful and make me feel comfortable, especially in situations where I wasnt sure if my dog Quigley would make it or not. I always came here for my shots and annual check ups and most recently had an unfortunate incident where Quigley ate my shaving razor. I rushed her in and they immediately took her in and she had surgery. She recovered so quickly and I feel like I owe these people my life I wouldnt know what I would do with Quigley. Thank you everyone here at Vet Care I cant thank you guys enough.

I dont usually do these ratings for anyone, but wanted to make an exception for this clinic. We have taken our dogs to them for 3 years now for shots at a mobile clinic in Santa Ana civic center. So when our dog needed shots quickly to get groomed (we had not done the last rabies and forgot), we went to their office in Garden Grove. They are awesome! Super nice, actually care about your animal. Have recommended them to anyone with a pet and will continue to do so. Love them!

The whole staff is very friendly and concerned about my pet and her care. The prices are reasonable for what you get, and there is no hard sell on insurance or flea care. I am waiting for the non-anesthetic tooth cleaner to get back to me about an appointment, as I dont want my pet anesthetized to clean her teeth. Shes tiny. I had an emergency and they saw her immediately.

The doctor is not only knowledgeable and loves animals, but is very funny and explains everything extremely well. On top of that, their prices are extremely reasonable and the facility is really nice. It doesnt have great curb appeal but the inside is a different story. And Dr. Berka is awesome!!!!!

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for the last 15 years, and have been very happy with the care my pets received. However, within the months, it seems the vet is more concerned about making money, than the care of the animal. I feel disillusioned, and will be taking my pets elsewhere.

Awful experience here. The doctor put my old German Shepherd on the wrong medicine causing her skin issues to worsen to the point she looked like a burn victim almost over night. After 2 months of proper treatment, oils, specialty baths, strict diet...her skin is finally back to normal.

I Love how the staff and the Doctor check and help out all of the animals needs and also are warm and friendly and will answer questions the best . And the Doctor calls to see if your pet is okay
