From Bobbie Herroz This Hospital came recommended by my boyfriend who has been bringing his previous and present dog to this facility for care for apparently several years and has been happy with their service. Would I recommend anyone I know to this Hospital....."no". Why? Because I trusted their facility with my 6 month old Kitten who was to undergo a simple procedure (neutering) and died while being given the Anesthetic. I wonder first of all who administered the kitten and why I was not given a consent form nor any sort of consultation prior to the surgery ...Information that the kitten could die would have given me the sense to say "no" and move on. I personally feel neutering isnt a necessary operation but an elective one. Yes it controls the population and yes it sort of prevents male cats from spraying but when your cat is an indoor one and watched carefully this to me was not a necessary procedure that needed to be performed. Ive been told that even neutered cats can spray so what the heck. I really feel I should have followed my instincts since I felt something was wrong when they came to get the cat without so much as a word of what could happen, and no doctor bothered to even explain the procedure to me or us...We were not even given a form to sign whereby, it would at least state, (doing this at your own risk because the animal could die). Receiving a call from the doctor telling us my Kitten had passed away was such a shock and to make matters worse, saying it was the kittens heart...My cat had been to at least two visits in the 4 months that I had him and I was always told he was growing nicely, his blood and stool test were perfect and that he was a healthy little guy. He even took his shots well and didnt get sick... I know there was human error and I know that human error exists everywhere including Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Vet Hospitals. What really bothers me is how they brush it off with the explanation that it was the cats heart...yet, every exam my cat was involved in I was told his heart sounded fine. Now, after the death of the Kitten, we are told it was his heart and that it could not be detected unless he would have had a Cat-Scan....because the problem was within or inside the heart... Again, if I had been told that there was the slightest chance that he could die I would have taken my kitten home and been done with it. Now hes gone and we get a call from the facility asking whether I want his Paw Print in a Plaque. Great huh? Im heartbroken and all I get is a kid calling and asking if we want such a service.... Would I recommend this Hospital to anyone else...."no"...why? Because I honestly feel this facility needs major help with its Internal Staffing. Policies, Procedures and they are extremely expensive ....There location warrants high prices but it does not warrant incompetency ...to the degree of thinking Im gonna buy that my Kitten had a bad heart...I could care less what they say the Autopsy reveals....They should have given me the opportunity prior to surgery to say yes or no with respect to the chance of something like this happening. Apparently, the doctors are too busy doing their thing and not taking the time to explain to an owner what could happen in the worst case scenario. If they took that position Im sure many an owners would walk out saying, "no thanks"....and that would mean loss of revenue....thats my opinion for whatever its worth. Ask questions if you entrust your animal to this or any facility...dont just hand them over as if they are God and nothing could happen.

Been taking my dogs to All Pets to see Dr. Caylor for over 8 years now. He is so patient with my many (usually dumb) questions and always gives me every possible treatment option without forcing me to make any uninformed decisions. He always takes his time with my dogs during exams and is very concerned when they get sick or hurt and spends lots of time with them in the room, usually commenting on their personalities and behavior. Not once have I left the office feeling rushed out. My dogs love him! On a more personal note of true gratitude and respect: Dr. Caylor is also an amazingly compassionate man who is true to his word. When my little one needed an extremely expensive knee surgery, he warned us that there was a possibility the procedure wouldnt work the first time and might have to be done again. Sure enough, just weeks later, the same knee tore again and I was absolutely dreading the cost of a second surgery when Caylors office informed us that he waived the fee and we would only be responsible for the price of anesthesia and home medication. Life changer. 5 years later, that same little dog is still zooming around the yard without even a limp. If I had gone anywhere else, we would have never been able to get the second surgery. I am so unbelievably grateful to him and all his staff for their time and hard work for my baby. We recently just moved to Oregon and I am very bummed out about not having a Dr. Caylor up here. But I mean it 100% when I say that we will keep coming back once a year for check ups when in town to visit family for the holidays. THAT is how good they are. Out-of-state good. Thank you All Pets!

OUTSTANDING facility and staff. Dr. Caylor is our beloved vet. He really listens ... and when it comes to treatment ... he gives us all the options, and supports what we decide. He doesnt try to talk you into options that might not be possible. He responds and works well with families that are informed, interetested pet owners. Really appreciate his attitude and willingness to educate owners and answer questions. Top notch care all-around from a practice that considers your level of pet ownership and that you know may know your pet and your familys situation best. Also appreciate their open house with tours; care they provide for animal rescue groups; on-site grooming and boarding, etc. Did I mention the cookies (for people too :). Caring, cutting-edge, compassionate care found here!

They have the most amazing vets. I say this because my dogs HATE going to the vet and hate vets, or at least where I used to go. The vets must have some magical touch to them because my dogs were like putty in their hands and didnt try to attack them as they usually do. Ive used their grooming services for my dogs. One needs to be sedative due to the aggressiveness and the other is so aggressive, she had to have full anesthesia. I had tried finding other facilities that offered these kinds of services and couldnt find any. I was very happy with the grooming services and the whole establishments capabilities. I came here with recommendations from my boss. Im very glad I came.

Ive been taking my animals to All Pets for at least 30 years. Dr.s Evans and Caylor have always been honest, diligent and generous with their time and knowledge. I have always felt they cared about my critters, and have respected my point of view concerning different approaches to the challenges weve faced. I appreciate the continuing study that Dr. Evans does with regard to adjunctive therapies such as acupuncture, supplements and herbal medicines. She is creative, flexible and intelligent. I have learned a great deal in dealing with both her and Dr. Caylor. Thanks to them for the good work they have done with my beloved pets. I highly recommend them and All Pets.
