Glendale Dermatology has very unprofessional and unorganized staff and constantly call you to reschedule unnecessary appointments (felt like a cheap telemarketing company). I called them before the second appointment to cancel and they had the nerve to send me a missed appointment bill (they took off due to their error and disorganization). All they think about is money, not your health or skin. They say they accept your insurance, but they do not call before hand to check, they just send extra charges after you have completed your visit and think you have paid for all the services. For these reasons I went to Don Mehrabi, MD. He is very professional and his staff really takes care of you. I do not recommend unless you want to keep on getting calls for them to make unnecessary appointments and get unnecessary bills from their error!

Definitely do not come here, they first scar you and then offer scar treatment . Ridiculous with prices as well and forget about dealing with insurance when it comes to them, they do not verify anything before hand and then send you a bill when you thought you had already paid for the services. Definitely a hole in the wall dermatology office only concerned about sucking your money.

I always enjoy my vists to this facility. The staff is courteous, especially the asthetician who goes out of her way to provide personal care. Its immaculately clean and they cater to a clients personal needs.
